Welcome Shores of Panama unit 1528 located on the 15th floor. It is a modern and beautifully decorated beachfront condo with all the comforts of home. This spacious condo offers 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with bunk beds and two twin foldaway beds. Our unit features two brand-new, ultra-comfortable Serta Perfect Sleeper king beds, ensuring a restful and luxurious sleep experience for our guests. This lovely condo will accommodate up to 10 guests comfortably.

Primary renter must be at least 21 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

The newly refurbished kitchen is fully stocked with all the cookware, dishware and utensils you need, including all major appliances, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, and a Margaritaville frozen drink machine for lovers of cocktails or mocktails! Relax comfortably on the private balcony overlooking the pool, ocean and westward views of the sunset each night with plenty of seating for all.

Maximum Guest Occupancy: 10 Guests + 2 infants (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.)

Parking:

Required Guest Registration: All guests must pre-register online to purchase your parking pass(es) and amenity wristbands (RFID). After booking, we'll send you a unit-specific registration link. Upon arrival, you must stop by the onsite concierge upon arrival to pick up your packet. Resort Fees vary by unit size and currently cost $75-$115.

You may purchase parking passes for 2 vehicles only. If you have more than 2 vehicles, you will need to park off-site (details below).

Onsite Parking Details
Use the main entrance portico when you arrive.
Display your QR code to pick up your amenity packet and parking pass.
Garage height limit: 6'10” – Low clearance and tight turns.
Oversized vehicles (over 6'7”) may use ground-level oversized parking on a first-come, first-served basis.
Display your parking pass on the dashboard at all times.

Additional Parking Notes
Motorcycles: Park in the 15-minute zone near the main entrance.
Small trailers: Allowed only on the 12th floor of the garage.
Security: Property Patrol keeps motorcycles centralized for added safety. Contact them for onsite parking issues.

Offsite Parking Options
If you're bringing an additional vehicle, you'll need to park any additional vehicles in public beach lots nearby. The closest is Ripley's Believe It or Not public lot, just around the corner. There are 3 more public parking locations we will share with booking guests. Use the Passport Parking App to pay and manage your parking: you may download via App Store or Google Play or simply visit passportparking's website. Shores of Panama is a 23-story Gulf-front luxury resort located in the heart of Panama City Beach and, as its name suggests, perfectly situated right on the beach. This resort is renowned for its nearly 500 linear feet of stunning, white-sand coastline. Shores of Panama features a 14,000 sq. ft. lagoon-style pool, an indoor heated pool with hot tub, modern fitness center, 2 poolside tiki bars, and more.

Oceanfront views await you as well as limitless amazing activities, including nearby shopping and dining. Your private balcony is ideal for sipping a sunset cocktail before heading out to one of the many restaurants in the area.

While staying at the Shores of Panama, you'll be minutes away from everything you could need! You'll have access to beachside activities, watersports, and onsite beach chair/umbrella rentals. Wal-Mart is across the street, and you are about a mile away from Pier Park, Panama City Beach's premier shopping and dining area. You are steps away from Pineapple Willy's Beachfront Bar as well as Ripley's Museum. You'll be across the street from the new 810 Billiard and Bowling complex - with sports simulators, Krazy Darts, axe throwing, an arcade, a restaurant/bar and a Mean Mugs milkshake bar and many other dining, entertainment and shopping options. Like to golf? Signal Hill Golf Course is very close by. For the less serious golfer, there are multiple places to play miniature golf in the area.

Also, there is now a poolside food hut and 1 poolside tiki bar! The food hut offers shrimp boil, pizza, salads, sandwiches, and kids' meals. There is also an inside coffee/donut/ice cream shop in the lobby area. There are poolside lockers for guests to purchase for storing valuables when swimming.

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it's not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
