-Brand new salt water pool can be heated or cooled for $50 per day.

-Our home is truly in a great location with a 4 minute walk straight to the beautiful beach via beach access #9. You don't have to walk down 2 or 3 blocks, it's just a straight walk. (See the amazing sunrise or sunset!!)

-Gas, street legal golf cart available with home for an additional $100 dollars per day of your stay plus a one time $125 refundable deposit (half the price of rental places!). If you choose to rent the golf cart there is parking at beach access #10 for vehicles. Message us if interested!

-70" Roku TV in the living room!!
-55" Roku TVs in the master and queen bedrooms.
-43" Roku TV in the room with the twin over full bunk bed.
-New furniture throughout entire home!

The space
As guests enter the home, they are welcomed into a spacious living area. The open floor plan leads guests toward the kitchen with island and stool seating. Granite counters and newer appliances make preparing meals easy. The kitchen is equipped with coffee maker, Keurig, blender and large toaster. The large dining table is great for sharing meals and playing games. Two of the bedrooms and full guest bathroom are located off of the living room. The master bedroom and master bath with walk-in shower is accessed from the dinging room. All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and large TVs. New washer and dryer is located in the laundry closet. The covered backyard patio has a new gas grill and dining set.

Great house and location. St andrews park is where you will want to go with young kids. You can snorkel by the jetties and see spade fish, angel fish, sea horses and several other reef fish. Then come back to a great house and jump into the pool.

Great stay! We thoroughly enjoyed having the privacy of the pool! Highly recommend adding the golf cart! My kids loved being able to take it out for nightly drives especially down to the beach for dinner/sunset. There’s also access to the inner coastal down the street for fishing! We will for sure book again if we’re ever in the area again!

Memorial Day stay at Sea Gem

We really enjoyed our stay at Sea Gem over Memorial Day weekend. The house was clean, and the hosts were easy to communicate with before and during our visit. We really liked having our own pool, the location of the house in relation to the beach, and the option to rent a golf cart with the house made getting around a breeze. Also, I enjoyed not having to deal with the large crowds of people in the condominium complexes. It was great to be about to park within feet of the front door. We will definitely stay here again, when we visit PCB in the future.

Perfect stay!

We had an amazing stay!! The house was clean, spacious and decorated beautifully. It is located close to everything but just far enough away from the hustle, bustle, and traffic of the PCB strip. The family absolutely LOVED playing in and lounging around the pool on days when the gulf was feeling feisty. The host was super nice and everything about this stay was a breeze! We would definitely rent this place again! 10/10 highly recommend!!

Nothing short of awesome!

Oh, I can write for days, but I'll keep it short. The property is BEAUTIFUL and well maintained. Accessing, checking in, and checking out was a breeze. They answered all questions I had and were very kind and helpful. The pool area is sooo cute. I wish I could've stayed longer to enjoy it more!!! Me, my teenaged daughter, 3 of her friends, and one of my friends went for their Spring Break. The house it do comfyband clean, that I really wanted to be a home body while on vacation. The next time I go to Panama City, I'll be booking this property again. Thanks Meredith and Daniel, for your continuous and kind engagement throughout our trip!!!! 😊
