If you're flying into PCB look at North Florida Beaches airport it's 22 minutes from the house, but Pensacola Airport is much cheaper and only a 2-hour drive.

Great Spring Break Trip

Myself and some buddies stayed here for five days during our spring break and had a great time. Everything was clean when we got there and communication with the hosts was great throughout the stay. Very close to the beach and some nice restaurants also. Outdoor area and hot tub were also very nice. Thanks again!

Home Away From Home 🙏

HIGHLY RECOMMEND 🙌🙏 My family and I just moved for the first time on Nov 21 from MO to OK. When we arrived, our home wasn't ready for move in. We decided to go on vacation and get some much needed relaxation while the house got some work done. We stayed here for almost 3 weeks and it truly felt like home; which is just what we needed in that moment. The owner is beyond kind and communication was a breeze! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Very convenient location to the beach. Check in was also easy. However, when I went to use the grill, I noticed that the grease catcher was overflowing with stagnated foul smelling grease, and the grill itself was used and dirty. So I had to clean all of that up first my daughter also left a new pair of Nike tennis shoes under the bed she slept in and I reached out to the property manager that same day after we left, they told me they would check into it and let me know the next day, but I had to reach back out to them again the next day and we still have not had any of this resolved.. hoping to hear back from them soon, so I can work out a plan to send postage to get my daughters Nike shoes mailed to us!

The rooming situation was wonderful. Very close to the beach and a short drive and medium walk distance to the pier. Super cool back patio that me and my friends spent a lot of time on. Only issue was the tv had some issues, and the kitchen silverware and plates seemed to be stained and not the cleanest.

Beach vacation

Our stay was good. Was a short walk to the beach which was great as that eliminated the need to find parking. Eating areas and shopping was easy to get to. The only problem we had was with the check-in process. We had to check in to a hotel our first night we arrived as there was a problem getting communication for the check-in procedure. That was an added expense we had not planned on. All in all our stay was pleasant and the host was very accommodating on our request we made. Would not hesitate to book again. The townhome was comfortable and the deck and patio was nice whenever the weather was permitting. Having a washer and dryer was a plus as our stay was 5 weeks.

The property was exactly as expected. Communication with manager was amazing! Very responsive! Bed was very comfortable, kitchen well stocked, cute decor, streaming tv, cute, relaxing patio, few minutes walk to the beach & restaurants. The only issue (and not really an issue) was the listing said there would be a hair dryer but we could not find one. No big deal. After all, I'm on vacation, right? We loved that we could bring our dog & it's only 5 minute drive to the dog beach. Very happy with our stay here!!

Everything was absolutely perfect, from the house being as described to being across the street from the beach. It was also nice to be able to communicate with the owner when needed, he was very quick to respond and extremely helpful. I definitely recommend staying at this location,well worth the money.

Great Place for Great Price

The location was amazing and the place was great! The kitchen was stocked with appliances that helped make our stay amazing. They also had lots of beach toys that made it so fun! The one thing that was a downside was there is only parking for 2 cars. However, there are plenty of close public parking for more cars. The house was located around the corner from Beach access 51 and the walk was not bad. Close to an Alvin's Island, a few restraunts and a convenient store. Great place and great price!!

Great place to stay.

My friends and I stayed here for a week and it was very nice overall. It’s awesome if you want a place to avoid crowded hotels and be slightly out of the way but still be close to some stuff. It has a pretty good amount of space for how small it is. Beach access, as well as several stores and good restaurants within walking distance. The host is very helpful and responds quickly. The back patio is also a nice little place to hang out. Overall a good place to stay and worth the price.

We loved how close it was to the beach. We literally walked one block down and across the street. We had a minor issue and the host was quick to resolve it. The backyard is pretty cool but we didn’t get to enjoy it much due to the humidity when we were there. The beds were also super comfortable!

Clean, cozy and fun!

My host was very responsive and went above and beyond to help with everything and also suggest activities and food. The property was well kept, clean, and felt like a true Vaca spot. The beach was so close clean and not crowded. I love how the neighborhood felt more low-key but everything you need is so close and accessible. I will love to head back honestly as soon as possible!
