The room was everything and more than we expected. Extra beach toys and chairs even though the beach service came with the room. Having beach chairs was awesome! Communication with the owners was A. The location is amazing, can walk to dinner each night, gift shops, and parking is easy. View was amazing, love being on the third floor and easy access to stairs if you don't want to wait for elevators. We have been coming to PCB for years and this place is at the top of our list to stay at.

We had the most amazing stay at this beach condo! The price point was incredibly reasonable for everything it offered, which made the experience even better. The view of the beach was absolutely breathtaking! Waking up to that every day felt like a dream. The condo itself was spotless and had such a clean, cozy, and welcoming feel. You could tell a lot of care goes into maintaining it, which made it easy to relax and truly enjoy our time there. The amenities at this resort were even more outstanding! Heated pool with a tiki bar was our favorite because the beach water was still a bit chilly this time of year! What really stood out, though, was the owner. Their communication was outstanding from start to finish. Quick to respond, super helpful, and genuinely friendly. It made the whole process smooth and stress-free. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and will definitely be coming back!

Perfect stay

A friend and I booked a very quick getaway and Cynthia helped us make the absolute most of it! She is flexible, easy to communicate with, and so helpful. The condo is bright and cheery, offers a beautiful view, and is steps away from the skyway bridge. We keep coming back to Emerald Beach due to location and value, and Cynthia’s place takes the cake. Absolutely perfect!

This unit was absolutely beautiful. The location is perfect, right on the 3rd floor, close to all the amenities the resort has to offer. The property manager is wonderful, so easy to communicate with! The bed is so comfortable and the room is stocked with anything you could possibly need for your stay. This is our new favorite property!

Mother Daughter trip.

We had a nice time. We’re not around here so when tropical/ hurricane came about we decided to leave for home. It was sad but our life is more important. We missed out 4 more days. The owner checked up with us when we got home and she is going to let us makeup our loss days. We appreciated her doing this even thou she didn’t half to. Very niece condo and Cynthia is very sweet.

Great family getaway

We had a very nice time. The condo is as described in the listing and VERY, VERY clean. Cynthia was very easy to communicate with from the time we started considering this condo, to booking it, and throughout our entire stay. I do think it’s important to mention that while the listing says no elevator wait, if you have anyone in your group that uses a wheelchair, like we did, then you will have to use multiple elevators to get around the building especially when parking isn’t available on the third floor. This wasn’t a huge deal, and we would stay here again, but I think it’s important to make note of this.

Beautiful Ocean Front

The condo was as described and the pictures are accurate. The condo was the perfect size for me and my wife. The bedroom was much larger than most one bedroom condos that we have rented over the years. Communication with Cynthia was easy, pleasant and she always quickly responded. We had a small plumbing issue our first day and Cynthia had the issue corrected right away. The view from the balcony, living room and kitchen is beautiful. We were thrilled that Cynthia had a bar high table and chairs on the balcony. It was very nice having beach chairs and umbrella provided not to mention the chairs were very comfortable. Thank you, Cynthia, for sharing your condo with us. We had a great, relaxing week in Panama City Beach.
