Really friendly staff and a great location right in the heart of Palmy. No onsite parking but I never had trouble parking nearby - especially after 5pm. Lots of places to eat within easy walking distance. Room was large and clean - also came with a washing machine and dryer which was useful.

Hotel is in good location right by square and staff were helpful. Room was clean. Parking was a bit of a pain and the parking area needs to be booked ahead of time. It’s around the corner from hotel. The room we were in had a wet room/accessibility shower. The curtain around it was inadequate to keep bathroom dry. Whole room ended up soaked every time one of us showered. FYI. Room is only serviced every other day. So needed to exchanged soaked towels ourselves. The room was missing the iron and the tap in bathroom stuck quite badly. Not a 4 star hotel. Was ok, but we would book elsewhere next time.
