No working toilet, bathroom hand basin falling apart. Whole place looks like it’s waiting for the wrecking ball. This place is past it’s used by date by about 10 years.

We were not advised that there would be no servicing when we checked in. Only found out the next day when we sought clean towels. Office was closed for the day and it was some concerted doorbell ringing before we got an answer. Clean towels were eventually found for us. Had argumentative neighbours using bad language.

Room was very dirty. Carpet was disgusting and all bench surface's were stained. Bed side lamps were unplugged as no where for them to be able to be plugged in. Felt itchy on beds.

The Suite was very dated, it took forever for the heat pump to start working, I couldn't find the "Guide book" the bed was terrible, the pillows were terrible, and there was no milk in the fridge for a coffee in the morning.

Close to where we needed to go. Motel itself could do with updating. Staff very friendly. Disappointed it cleanliness in the unit.

We booked a spa room, spa did not work, spoke to staff and they said they new it did not work, but had it had not been fixed. Hairdryer did not work. Some lightbulbs did not work
