Had a leak in our room manager didn’t no where it came from didn’t move us we just had to put towels down. Felt sorry for manager as he was a lovely host so just let it be. Property needs some loving

Need a closed rubbish system in rooms / bathrooms so we don’t have to see gross rubbish or smell it. Otherwise nice stay.

Internet connection was weak and pretty much non-existent. Television didn’t go at all. Was not able to chrome cast as stated in the room brochure. Manager tried to help but advised me the internet connection to the room was too weak. The room was freezing and has a small heater that took hardly warmed the room. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The room was clean and tidy. The bathroom is cramped but functional. The kitchenette is functional but is also cramped. Power points are difficult to access. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were clean. It was a short walk to the shops on Broadway, and there are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores nearby.
