Beautiful and luxurious accommodations with a highly attentive staff available for all needs and that makes all guest feel taken care of. One of the most beautiful and unique hotels I’ve ever stayed in! The property is absolutely gorgeous and spotless, and our suite was spacious, elegant, and beautifully designed. The location couldn’t be better, perfectly walkable to everything. The highlight of our stay was the warm welcome from the property manager, Joan. He was so kind and took his time to show us around while sharing the fascinating history of the hotel. We were celebrating my daughter’s birthday, and he went above and beyond by arranging a bottle of champagne and chocolates to be sent to our room. The spa is stunning and an absolute must-visit. Overall, it was a true 5-star experience from start to finish — highly recommended!

This was one of the best places I have ever stayed at! The staff and customer service at the hotel was beyond exceptional and we were treated so well for the stay from check in to check out. The room was very clean and spacious. The location was ideal, located so close to shops and attractions, while still being tucked away in a quiet street - the best of both worlds. And also the restaurant and breakfast was spectacular! Highly highly recommend! They made our stay at Palma so memorable and lovely.

We stayed here during our trip to Mallorca in August and it was absolutely amazing! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful with anything we asked for or needed. The hotel was located on a quieter street but just a few minutes walking distance from all the restaurants and downtown Palma. The rooms were incredibly clean and the bed was so comfortable! They also had parking onsite so we didn’t have to worry about where to leave the rental. I can’t recommend this hotel and staff enough and if we come back I’d definitely stay there again! They made our stay super easy and I didn’t want to leave! PS: the decor was beautiful!

Summer Trip

Our trip to Palma and our stay at Convent de la Missio Boutique Hotel was amazing. The Hotel was incredible and the staff were amazing and couldn't do enough for us. Convent de la Missio Boutique Hotel is a converted convent and monastery and is so tastefully done it is worth a stay there. There is a lovely roof top terrace with a small dip pool but it is lovely to relax and is so quite up there. I would definitely stay there again when we return to Palma.

Overall a beautiful hotel, brilliant staff and perfect location. Room not quite the standard of a 5 star hotel. Maybe given the least nicest in the deluxe room category as booked via Expedia. It was on the attic floor and was extremely hot, damp and table covered in ants due to the heat.

Great short stay in a beautiful city hotel

Amazing staff and the hotel is very clean the suite was lovely and the cocktails were amazing. Thanks to Miguel and Omar and Xaivi for great service appreciate all the support and help in the local area.
