The hotel was exceptional! Loved every aspect of our stay; rooms were gorgeous and the rooftop pool was the perfect place to relax after sight seeing, breakfast was amazing, staff were all extremely helpful and professional and location in the old town was perfect. Highly recommended!

A Truly Memorable Stay at Posada Terra Santa From the moment we arrived at Posada Terra Santa, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The staff were outstanding—warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay special. They went out of their way at every opportunity, adding personal touches that made us feel truly welcomed. One of the highlights was arriving to find a chilled bottle of cava waiting for us in our room—a thoughtful and unexpected surprise that set the tone for the rest of our visit. I had an incredible stay at Posada Terra Santa – this hotel truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by how beautiful and immaculately clean everything was. The design blends historic charm with modern elegance, creating a peaceful and luxurious atmosphere throughout the property. What really made the stay unforgettable, though, was the genuinely warm and friendly staff. Everyone I encountered went out of their way to make me feel welcome, and I have to give a special mention to Ania, who was absolutely amazing. She not only helped me get a wonderful upgrade to my room, but also took the time to offer some fantastic local recommendations around Palma that made my trip even more special. Her kindness and attention to detail truly stood out and made a huge difference in my experience.

Great Hotel

Very helpful from the moment of arrival, complete with Welcome Drink. We also received an upgrade, and the room was lovely with a bottle of wine thrown in. Questions were answered quickly, and lunch reservations were helpful. Highly recommend.

Outstanding hotel and staff

We had a fantastic stay from booking to leaving. We appreciated welcome emails before our visit that provided information about the hotel and things to enhance our stay. We arrived early because of our flight time and were greeted by smiling, helpful reception staff who provided us with complimentary drinks and pastries while we checked in. They looked after our luggage while our room was made ready early and we were offered use of their facilities while we waited. Another bonus was that our room was upgraded to a beautiful suite, with complimentary bottle of wine and chocolates. The hotel is situated on a quiet tiny side road in the heart of Palma (*taxis have to drop guests at the end of the road - about 20 metres away) and is in easy walking distance to restaurants and places to visit. The interior is beautifully decorated with use made of stunning exposed brickwork. There is a lovely roof terrace with a small swimming pool and two quiet reading rooms. The buffet breakfast had an excellent selection, supplemented with a hot food menu to order. Overall, this is an exceptional hotel with an outstanding staff team - especially the reception staff, who even carried our luggage out to our taxi at the end of the road - which was much appreciated.

Just stay there

The location is perfect. The staff couldn’t do more for you. Our arrival was seamless, they allowed us and helped us store rented bikes, suggested places to go and eat and then when we had a late flight home, just made sure we had a great day and didn’t have to worry about our bags or where we could hang out (on the great rooftop (small plunge pool).

Best boutique hotel EVER

This is the most amazing boutique hotel. The rooms are amazing as is the hotel which is 900 years old. It has the original stone building with gorgeous renovations making it the most charming hotel. To top it off the breakfast is fantastic with gorgeous coffees and fruit and eggs to order. In addition the staff is helpful and goes over the top to make your stay pleasant. Would 1,000 times recommend it!
