We enjoyed the hotel greatly. The staff were amazing especially Fausta and Nevies - when I lost my bag on the busses Nevies was able to call and organise for me to get it. The staff were very accomodating. The hotel is excellently situated between old city, new city, restaurants, scenic views. We had an amazing time.
