☆ No Pets - though for anyone with severe allergies we let people know there was a cat in the house at one time though it has been thoroughly cleaned numerous times since that time.
☆ Sleeps up to maximum of 6 people - other guests overnight will forfeit deposit. Heating the pool to 80 degrees is $100/wk.
