2/10 Terrible

Unfortunately, the rooms were very expensive for the shabby quality of the hotel, net priced over $150 a night and my room was dirty. I asked to speak to the manager and have him call me and he never did. I told the nice lady at the desk that based on the condition of the room that I would like some compensation. The lady at the desk was very very nice and she said she would have the manager call me and I don’t blame her, but he never did. Myself and my other guest both agreed that the “free breakfast” is a scam because the food is not what you would want to eat. The bananas were so gassed that you couldn’t even peel the skin off of them. The eggs were a strange color and the oatmeal was (Maybe) not oatmeal. The take away is that they use all of the cheapest chemical filled food possible and call it a free breakfast. We left and went to a good restaurant. When you login the Wi-Fi in the room, it’s clear that they have all the prompts set up so they can collect information from you and then they try to slam you into an upgrade and when I did a speed test on the “free Wi-Fi, it was at about 13. This type of misrepresentation is abusive to guests as consumers. Marriott should be disgraced by the games that they play. I booked through Expedia so it’s doubtful I will get any money back however, if Marriott has any integrity, they will take the charge for one room off. I don’t mind paying $500 a night if I get what I pay for but this place is a dump. Why??… Greed.
