Love this place, a bit dated yes, but overall really nice! The rooms are clean and spacious, nice towels, great showers, our room had a gate access directly to the pool area. Lots of pools to choose from helpful staff, really nice bar and restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner! Very reasonably priced as well.

Everything was great but the following day we couldnt take a shower cause no hot water. There was if u use the faucet but not the shower. The hotel was gracious for us to use the spa for the immediate need to shower cause we were heading out to Joshua tree. When we came back from dinner we had to transfer to a new room which was at the first floor. It was an upgrade and we are grateful for that, but the hassle of transferring and getting the new keys. No telephone ni the new room was also a minus. But nevertheless we enjoyed the hot springs which were tended and cleaned everyday during our stay. We also commend the hotel for having apartment size refrigerator and a microwave which was great amenities. Helpful staff at the front desk. Good food at the restaurant specially the spaghetti with meatballs. We ordered to go and brought home too. We will definitely go back and hopefully they have fixed their hot water shower problem.

Overall, the property felt like a Motel 6 rather than a Resort. Threadbare carpets, scratchy towels and rundown bathrooms made me regret choosing this place. In addition, the hotel doesnt replace towels even if you stay more than 2 days. You have to bring the dirty towels to the front desk and if you're lucky and they happen to have clean towels, they will exchange them for fresh towels which you have to take back to the room. The front desk staff seemed bored and almost annoyed that they had to deal with people trying to check in! No one cared to explain the facilities offered by the hotel, such as the sauna, spa etc. Very disappointed with our stay.

Heater in room blew realy cold air and the only fix the hotel could offer was a small desy heater. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling. dirty sheets and billow cases . i have stayed here befor and never had a room this bad.
