Another great stay at the Jazz hotel. I previously issued a review stating a few issues I encountered during a prior stay. I was reached out to very swiftly by the Jazz Hotel and all issues were addressed satisfactorily. I want to thank the staff and management of the Jazz Hotel for going the extra mile and providing a very personable and welcoming experience.

I’ve stayed here several times, always a great experience until my most recent booking. I booked a luxury room and it was smaller than the regular room option. My room number was 6. As an added bonus to an already undesired stay, my fire alarm went off at 0500 in the morning for no apparent reason. Very disappointed in what is usually a tremendous place to stay at.

It was a nice option to stay in Palm springs clean room and straight forwards. There in no front desk personnel but they have everything organized and it's in a quiet location..perfect for a weekend getaway. Given the prices palm springs can command this place was awesome

This hotel was absolutely wonderful! So quiet, so peaceful, and check in was so easy. It was so nice not having to worry about losing a key too! We had a wonderful stay and it was walkable to all of the events we were attending!

This boutique hotel is adorable. It’s very clean and the service was excellent. The room had a little private patio. The pool was sparkling clean. And, I liked the security features of touch keys.
