We booked the cheapest room for two nights, but when we got there, Andy told us that we're their only guests for the weekend, so they upgraded our room to the suite. 😊 The suite was stunning with a big living room and kitchen, also with ecstatic views. When we left the room the next day to tour around the island, we went back to a cleanroom. Although, we didn't expect a cleaning service. They served breakfast inside our room, and we could use the hot tub as long as we can. The pool was seasonal, so we weren't able to use it as it is wintertime. The hosts were lovely and hospitable. We felt very welcomed.

Andy and Jenny were amazing hosts, they continued to go out of their way to make us feel welcome and terrific guides to what Waiheke has to offer. Views were out of this world, very tidy and clean and had everything you needed for a perfect holiday:) 11 out of 10!

Jenny and Andy have created the most wonderful environment to make the most of your stay on Waiheke. Nothing is too much trouble for them from organising tours to booking restaurants to recommending (and supplying) beautiful wines from the island. The accomodation is lovely with breathtaking views from every aspect. Highly recommended. Kevin & Anne

Perfect all round! Amazing location/view, super comfortable bed and room with everything we needed/wanted, delicious breakfast, and extremely friendly and helpful hosts. We will definitely be booking another stay!

The best kept secret in the NZ - 11 out of 10!!

Pros: Everything, from the decor, showerhead, sunset veiwing in the spa, breakfast, comfortable bed to the very warm welcome! It was an incredible holiday!!
Cons: Honestly, nothing - my sister and I could not fault it.
Location: - Wineries - EcoZip (great fun)! - Bike hire (manual & motorised) - Wonderful dining options - Various outdoor activities - Close to Auckland CBD
From the warm welcome when we first arrived to the views of pure paradise that took our breath away; our stay here most definitely exceeded expectations! Andy & Jenny are the most gracious hosts who went over and above, to make our stay exceptional. They are the perfect blend of being helpful and attentive, while simultaneously keeping their distance and giving you space to enjoy the oasis they have created together. What we LOVED and will never forget: - Each night we hopped in the spa and watched the sunset over the ocean - the beauty is indescribable. - One of my favourite 'inside things' is the shower head, which had multiple functions - the "rain" setting providing the most relaxing shower I have ever experienced. - My sister is a qualified interior designer and was blown away by the styling and decor of our room. - The bus stop is only 2 short streets away and takes you almost anywhere you want to go on the island. I am NOT a public transport person (mainly because of my poor sense of direction), and even this was an enjoyable experience, as all the locals on the bus were so helpful and gave my sister and I tips on what to see & easy-to-follow directions. I am sure I have missed things, however our stay here was absolutely and entirely faultless. We loved it so much, we have planned to create a birthday trip for our dad just so we can return to the Enclosure Bay suites! The photos don't even come close to doing it justice - it's a must see, must stay!

Lovely place, lovely hosts

We came here for the first night of our honeymoon. The views were beautiful and the room was clean and well presented. The hosts Andy and Jenny were so helpful and lovely to deal with.

Best views ever

Pros: Everything, especially the views. Comfy bed.
Cons: Nothing, fantastic.
Location: Vineyards, shopping, walks.
We had our honeymoon at enclosure bay. Fantastic hosts, very friendly and so helpful. Definitely going back.

Wonderful stay, everything perfect.

Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing
Location: Nice drives and wineries all over the island.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Enclosure bay. Got advice on where to go regarding restaurants and wineries and thankfully Andy booked us into one for lunch as they were full. Our room was great felt like home and enjoyed watching a couple of videos and relaxing. Bed was so comfortable and nice black out curtains.
