We steam clean carpets and clean high-touch hard surfaces using either regular household cleaners or diluted bleach according to the label directions.

Location: Palm Beach Gardens, Florida south east. This stunning condo is located in one of the most desirable locations in Palm Beach.

Accommodations: 2 bedrooms, 2 baths (sleeps 4-5)

The condo sits lakefront and is very clean and well maintained by the owners.
Villa Del Sole is in a gated community with 24 hour security, you will love the large heated swimming pool, hot tub, 2 poolside gas BBQs, poolside eating area, tennis courts, fully equipped gym, clubhouse and kids playground.

The large kitchen boasts granite counter tops, maple cabinets and all brand new high-end appliances (fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher).

This professionally decorated third-floor unit includes all new furnishings and carpet. The master bedroom is complete with king-size pillow-top bed, 32” flat screen television, large walk-in closet with custom shelving and its own master en-suite bath. The guest bedroom, includes 2 pillow-top double beds, 32” flat screen television, walk-in closet and en-suite bath. A separate laundry area includes brand new high-end washer and dryer.


This condo was named “villa del sole” because il sole (the sun) fills each and every room with its beautiful warmth and bright glow. Be swept away with the lovely water views from virtually every room. Relax and enjoy your morning coffee on the private balcony overlooking the lake while listening to the water fountain.

In the living room, you will enjoy a 52” flat screen television with DVD player. The condo includes free WIFI and free north America calling.

Villa Del Sole is located a short walk to the Shops of Legacy Place (With a number of restaurants, and shops), The Gardens Mall and Downtown at the Gardens.

Golf. Villa Del Sole is very close to the renowned PGA National Resort & Spa offering 5 championship golf courses - home of the Honda Classic.

Beach. Palm Beach Gardens has the best beaches at our finger tips. We recommend you visit one of the many beaches in the area, John D MacArthur Beach, Juno Beach and Jupiter Beach. If you have small children, I would recommend Dubois Beach Park. Dubois is known for its natural wading pool area.

Please note this condo unit is located on 3rd floor with no elevators.

Stay for 8 weeks in winter 2026. Enjoyed ourselves very much. Condo building is extremely quiet. View from Condo kitchen and balcony looks onto lake with fountain spray, very pretty. Pool is a quick two minute walk. We spent 90% of our free time at the pool complex, which is cleaned each morning and well cared for. Condo itself is on the 3rd floor with no elevators, which was Not a problem for us. Condo is clean, comfortable, and was listed accurately. Communication with Owner was a breeze. Easy to reach and returned our texts promptly. Would love to stay here again.

Loved our stay! My son and I were in town for a baseball tournament. It was so nice to have space outside of a hotel! The kitchen was well equipped. The bathrooms were clean and spacious. The bedrooms had plenty of closet/drawer space. Also, it is in a great location and a gated condo community. The pool was fantastic and the weightroom was excellent with dumbbells, machines, and treadmills. We would definitely go back and Serafino was a great host. Great place to get away and relax!

We enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The location worked perfect for beach time, shopping, and exploring. Great condo, great location

Yes you will climb 33 steps to reach the condo and yes it is worth every step! This condo is clean, safe, and has plenty of space for a family. The complex has a wonderful pool and tennis courts (bring your pickle ball rackets!) as well as a fitness center and playground. The location is perfect for everything we wanted to do in Palm Beach. Our hosts were very good with communication and the pictures are an accurate representation of the condo. We would definitely stay here again!

Awesome Property

We had a very lovely stay at our hosts beautiful home! This roomy, well-kept property had everything we needed, was homey, had a great pool, hot tub, and workout facility and was in a very convenient location. Our hosts were quick to respond and communicated everything we needed to know in a very timely manner. They were also helpful in suggesting places to go in the area. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone!

Comfortable stay, nice area!

We loved our long weekend here and enjoys the peace and quiet of the community. There are stairs to get to the top (3rd) floor condo, but we have no problem bringing our bags up and down ourselves. Proprietors were gracious when we accidentally dropped a water glass in slippery water while cleaning it and it broke. We were able to follow the instructions for access and enjoyed both the pool and the gym on site. It’s also in walking distance from nice shopping and eating. We would definitely stay here again.

Legacy PBG condo

We enjoyed our Florida stay. Condo was bright and sunny with a nice pool and hot tub in the complex. The owners were mostly responsive to our communications. The condo is well located for supermarkets, malls and restaurants. However, RENTER BE AWARE that there are 33 steps up to the condo with no elevator. This was difficult for us with suitcases and supermarket shopping. We wish this factor had been noted in the VRBO listing. Window and sliding door screw are in need of repair.

This condo was perfect for my family! Extremely quiet and secure neighborhood. Stores and beach nearby. The pool and hot tub were amazing and we were the only people using them! Nice gym, open 24 hrs. Plenty of extras at the condo to help us enjoy our stay, like beach chairs, cooler, spices, and appliances. Great communication with owner! Quiet space, well maintained grounds. Gated community to increase security. Very nice town and super close to beautiful beaches.
