行ってみたらホテルは存在せず

Hotels.comのサイトで予約し、宿泊当日までホテルやこのサイトから何ら通知が無かったので、安心してホテルに向かったが、ホテルが見付からず、指定された電話番号に電話したところ、予約したホテルは既にcloseしたとの回答。しかも、事前にオンラインで支払いが完了しているにもかかわらず、未だに返金が無い。このような詐欺同然の行為を受けて、どう評価すればよいか全く不明。不愉快極まりない。
