The room was tidy and spacious with a big bathroom. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. They sent us parking suggestions and made sure that our car was whitelisted for the limited traffic zone (ZTL). Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was nice, but nothing too special.

Comfortable room, though even though superior level did not have a view. Staff were very friendly. Quality of fittings was good. Rooftop breakfast area and breakfast were outstanding. Location was great in centre of old town. There was some mold in the shower area which should have been cleaned off.

The staff could not have been more pleasant and helpful. the location is perfect for walking to so many sites and restaurants, etc. I only wished I’d knew about the steps to our room (72) and even more to the terrace. It did help keep us in shape!

Excellent location in Central district - great room with terrace patio; loved the rooftop patio deck view. Staff was so amazing, Victor was incredible and friendly - giving us so many great local recommendations to check out - and the morning breakfast host was delightful.
