The Outrigger is surrounded by beautiful gardens and a superb Seaview. We enjoyed walking around the gardens. The pools are lovely however, we did not get to use much as out all day, every day during our stay. The bed in our room was super soft and the pillows are practically flat! I asked at reception if beds are the same in every room (even top $ rooms) and was advised they are. Both my husband and I woke with lower back pain every day. (& this is NOT usual) The toilets need upgrading as antiquated. For the money you pay one would expect a decent bed & pillows! A microwave in each room would be very helpful. The 9pm closing time in the dining room was too early for our liking. I would recommend 10pm at least. Each time I passed reception there was only one person on and for a hotel this large I think at least two customer service people should be on duty at all times. The wait to speak to someone equated to poor customer service in my book. Our biggest gripe was the most uncomfortable bed and pillows and for this reason I would never stay at this resort again. Sorry.

Wonderful condo’s. Out of the way location but that’s what we wanted. Limited restaurants nearby that close early etc but again meeting the true locals was what we wanted and this is the ideal location.

Nice hotel to stay in - but getting charged $225 for a cleaning fee is a complete money grab. Even assuming 2hrs of cleaning per unit (which would not happen), then cleaning is charged at $112.50 per hour at the end of your stay. Where can I sign up to get a cleaning job?
