Nestled in the beautiful Farm District, Paws Up allows you to enjoy Seabrook’s most serene setting. Enjoy your morning coffee in our fully-equipped kitchen. Open the full-light french doors to Horseshoe Park where your kids and dog can play. A two minute walk from Paws Up brings you to tennis and pickleball courts, a dog park, and children’s park with zipline (always a favorite)! When you want to hit the beach for an afternoon of fun - Paws Up has you covered! Enjoy use of our beach bags, skim board, Tommy Bahama beach chairs, and beach mat. When the sun sets, fire up the grill for burgers and make s’mores at Horseshoe Park’s oversized fire pit. Ready to chill? Hang out in our 8 person hot tub! Once the kids are asleep, enjoy our amazing sunsets with a glass of wine on our full-sized covered porch.

Main Floor
Paws Up has a rare open floor plan, allowing for easy family gathering. Enjoy our fully-equipped kitchen with everything your chef needs including a generous spice rack, pots/pans/utensils and French press. Enjoy family meals at our extendable dining room table or hang out in our kitchen nook. Our oversized couch allows for everyone to watch movies on our flat-screen TV (with Blu-ray player) while the gas fireplace keeps toes toasty. In addition to our extensive collection of DVDs and games, you'll enjoy over 100 channels, all premium channels, and sports package!

There’s a separate media room on the main floor with flat screen, Blu-ray player, and Xbox. This room also has a queen-sized pull-out to accommodate extra guests.

Second Floor
- Master bedroom: King sized bed. Paws Up has one of the largest primary bathrooms at Seabrook! Enjoy a relaxing bath in our soaking tub, and you’ll never run out of closet space with our walk-in closet. Our alarm clocks with USB ports make charging phones easy.
- Guest bedroom: King sized bed
- Bunk room: Sleeps 4, with our two sets of XL twin built-in bunks. A wall-mounted flat screen TV (with Blu-ray player) allows for pajama movie nights!
- Laundry room: oversized washer and dryer
