Room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was not up to basic standards, there was no orange juice just came out water the pastries had mold on them, and the floors were covered with spilled coffee. The ladies at the counters could have done a little better at customer service. Check in was quick and easy.

the hot tub is fine, the pool isn't heated which would be perfect for summer but not winter, the staff is okay there was a lady in the morning that was great but other than that didn't live the staff, we had to switch rooms in the middle of the night due to getting locked out and our new rooms toilet lid broke right off

When we checked in Friday the guy was super nice. Check out Sunday the gal was more focused on someone else. I get she was helping someone but the guy did say 'oh help this young lady's and she just kept talking to him Sunday morning at 8:30 housekeeping knocked on our door!! And woke us up. 'breakfast' was 2 types of cereal, make waffles, or bread and bagels to pick from.

the toilet and sink were super low. Us old people had a heck of a time getting on and off the toilet, and it was hard to bend so low for the sink. Your rooms could use some updating!

the night clerk was a bit rude, and the room was difficult to figure out the lighting, as the switch by the door did not work. the shower needs a major upgrade and the hard water is murdering the shower head. as a place to crash for a night, its good. if youre planning an extended stay, id recommend looking elsewhere. great location and has potential but it feels neglected.

When i made the reservation online i required to pay for the first night of three, Which i did. When i got to the hotel they only had the room reserved for one night. It went downhill from there. Not pleased with this stay at all.

Where to begin? Checked in 1 hr+ early, for which they charge you $10/hr. Mgr on duty took 20 minutes to check me in and needed assistance only to stick me in an old ADA room (I don't think it qualifies anymore since it has a tub). No cups in room, no alarm clock. View was of an unkept yard area with a junk car. Hot tub so cloudy that you couldnt see the bottom. Hot Breakfast? Consisted of a waffle maker and toaster. Whole milk only, no decaf coffee, no fruit. Truly pathetic. Staff unhelpful in all respects. Avoid this property at all costs.

The dumpster was overflowing. The people in the room next to us were fighting two of the nights we were there. The ceiling in the pool area was coming down. The room wasn’t cleaned.
