Not worth the hassle

I recently stayed at this hotel for a baseball tournament nearby and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite the website listing a check-in time of 3 PM, we arrived at 3:30 PM and were not able to check in until after 7 PM. This was incredibly inconvenient and unfair, especially since we had traveled for the tournament. To make matters worse, the Friday night staff was unhelpful and rude. When I expressed my frustration about the delayed check-in, I was advised to find another hotel in the area. This was not the level of service I expected. Additionally, I encountered billing issues during my stay. The hotel charged my card for incidentals and another night's stay, claiming that they hadn't received payment from hotels.com. Now I have to spend time and energy disputing these charges with the hotel on Monday, which is an unnecessary hassle. Overall, the poor service, unprofessional staff, and billing issues made this stay very disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The hotel is very overpriced in my opinion.
