Come enjoy all that Ouray has to offer in the Hot Springs Suite. This nearly new unit (2021) is the closest townhome to the Ouray Hot Springs Pool. It's situated at the intersection of the Perimeter Trail and the North Ouray Corridor Trail. You can easily walk anywhere in town. It has 3 levels with mudroom, laundry and entertainment area with large screen TV on the entry/garage level. There’s a guest cabinet with pool towels, outdoor play equipment and ping pong equipment. There’s a card table with 4 folding chairs and an electric grill. Two sleds(and shovels!) are provided in the winter. The main level includes a sitting area adjacent to the kitchen, a bedroom with a full-size bed and a full bathroom with a deep tub and shower. The fully equipped kitchen features alder cabinetry and granite counters, a center island with stools and stainless appliances. There's a balcony off of this level with a railing mounted counter and 4 stools for outdoor dining. The upper level has an entertainment area with a queen sofa sleeper, chairs and big-screen TV. Both the antique washstand and the bookcase store games. The bookshelf has a variety of books pertaining to the Ouray area. There’s a bedroom with a queen bed and a private balcony. The full bath includes a custom walk-in shower. Both bedrooms also have televisions.

Amazing stay!

Three Days in Ouray

Darlene's place is great. Super clean. Has everything you would need for a pleasant stay in the area. Great location. Short walk to town or to get on the perimeter trail. Even the garage is ultra clean and is a great place to unwind with ping pong, TV, cornhole amd more. Would stay here again without hesitation. Darlene communicated really well and provided some local recommendations.Thank you.

Very nice accommodations which worked well for two adult couples. One bedroom and bath upstairs and one down. Easy to walk into town and to access trails and the hot springs. Host provided many extras including a grill, corn hoke, and a ping pong table. Would have loved to stay longer

Perfect Place in Ouray

This was a perfect basecamp for enjoying Ouray for 10 days. The condo is extremely clean, and everything is brand new. The beds were very comfortable, and it is centrally located to walk to the hot springs right next door as well as into Ouray. Brand new appliances throughout and a fully equipped kitchen and top-notch towels and linens throughout. We really enjoyed the ping pong table! The owner was very responsive before and during our stay.

Clean and well stocked

This condo was new and clean and so well stocked. Nice sheets and towels. Nice kitchen tools. The living area was on the third level with the king sized bed. The pull out sofa was broken so that was a challenge to make comfortable. The host attempted to fix it during our stay but to no avail. The outdoor balcony was small and looked out over a gravel parking lot. Not conducive to relaxing while taking in the beautiful Mountain View's. Laundry room was well stocked and nice! Ping pong table in garage which was nice to have. The beds were comfortable except the sofa bed. Hopefully that sofa can be replaced.

Beautiful views, great location

Great location where you can walk to everything in town and are directly next to the Hot Springs pool. Everything was clean and ready for us. Extra parking is very convenient in the pool parking lot. This was a nice spot for our group (4 adults, 1 child) for a long weekend!

Perfect basecamp

This was the cleanest VRBO ive ever seen. It had everything we needed of a perfect stay including towels for the pool. While it is "compact, all the appliances were made for a small unit and everything worked perfectly. The owner was very responsive and clear with communication. It is probably the best location for the pool, and and wasy walking distance to town. Everything is brand new!!

Convenient Location on the Edge of Downtown Ouray

We loved our stay at Darlene's property near the Hot Springs in Ouray. It was conveniently located just a minute from Main St, so we were close enough to go anywhere while being away from the noise of downtown. The townhouse was very clean and modern and she was always responsive when I reached out.

Great area - very clean

Our stay was great; just ran into a snag trying to check in. After a long travel day, we did not have our code to check in. We should have had the code before arrival; but had to wait for code. We were tired and hungry and frustrated to say the least. We eventually got our code and the rest of our trip was great. The condo is a bit small - really too small to cook in and eat with the family. It is really just a place to rest your head - not enough space to relax as a family. But it was extremely clean - and we were happy. We also liked that the hot spring was literally a walk in the parking lot across from condo - so convenient. Overall, we had a pleasant stay with clean accomodations.

Ouray Stay

We took our nephew to Ouray and this was the perfect place for us to stay. We wanted to be close to town and to hiking trails as well as 4-wheel trails. The start to the Perimeter Trail is across the road and it was a short drive/walk to dinner, ice cream and shopping!

Hot spring pool side

Great place to stay. Very clean and close to everything. Wish it had a bigger space to hangout out the whole family but we needed the pullout couch so the kitchen was the only space we could all fit around for a family of six so it felt tight but not for most. We would go back for sure.

Perfect location

This place was exactly as advertised, and was in a perfect location. The hot springs, park & playground, and Uncompahgre River are literally right out the front door. The base of the perimeter trail is directly across the street. The walk into downtown is less than five minutes. Depending on your plans you can just park your car in front of the garage and never drive again the rest of your trip because everything you need is a short walk away. This place made a lot more sense for a family stay than a motel, because it has multiple bedrooms and a full kitchen, a loft living room, and a garage. It was nice to have actual room to spread out in instead of being crammed in a single motel room. The place itself is all modern construction and new appliances, very clean, and it has everything you need for an extended stay. The only issue we ever had was some road noise, as the main road goes directly adjacent to the unit and truckers and bikers are passing through all night long. Nothing a white noise machine couldn't fix, but it's something to be aware of, especially with young kids. Overall it was a fantastic experience and we would stay here again without hesitation.

Summer in Ouray

A great little condo in Ouray. This place was super clean and Darlene was very responsive! Great location - The perimeter trail is right across the street, the hot springs are right out the door and it’s a short walk into town. It’s right on the road so it’s a little noisy during the day, but it quiets down at night.

This property was better than expected. Very clean, well organized and cared for. Proximity to the hot springs was awesome! Thank you for providing a fragrance free home away! It is rare to find a property that doesn’t use strong scented laundry detergent for the linens and have Glade plugins installed in every room. Some of us get very sick from perfumes and fragrances. Did I say the place was CLEAN!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. It is in a great location near the pool and downtown and features a beautiful view out the front window. The home has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable -- great linens, a well-stocked kitchen, extra soaps, and TVs to spare! It is very clean and up-to-date. We had fun each day playing ping pong downstairs. The kitchen/sitting area was good for us but might get a little too cozy with larger groups. The road noise got to be pretty bothersome at times, but we still had a nice time. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home!

Perfect Stay

Great town home to stay in while in Ouray! Spotless and cute! They thought of everything. This was the best stocked rental I have stayed in so far. The bed had quality bedding and the bathroom had nice towels and little soaps in case you forgot to bring them. You are very close to everything and have a beautiful view out the windows.
