Love the peaks and this is our third stay. We stayed 3 nights and had to switch rooms, the booked room smelled like wet dog. The staff accommodated. Valet did leave my car unlocked and the windows down in the parking lot, which I pointed out and was corrected. Overall we love the peaks and will be back

Nice place in fabulous location, room was just OK - no real closet. No ice machine, had to call twice for ice. Valets (parking attendants) didn’t help unload luggage when we arrived nor load it when we departed. I’m 75 w 5 spinal fusion surgeries. Won’t stay there again, very disappointed

The room is very clean. We were there when the temperatures were very high. There is a mini split in the room. Seems a bit off but it does the job. The staff are wonderful. Be prepared to pay for parking. I suppose this is tied to parking being a premium. The restaurant was closed when we visited but there are wonderful places to eat within walking distance. Wonderful treat when choosing places to stay. A bit pricey but well worth it if treating yourself to a special place to stay.
