The breakfast was good, the staff was friendly, but the room (without air-conditioning) and beds were uncomfortable. That said, one cannot beat the location, and I would stay there again.

The location was perfect- 5 minute walk to the gondola and restaurants. The staff was helpful and accommodating with our needs and questions. I would stay here again during the cooler months due to the fact that there’s no AC. We stayed at the beginning of July and it was very hot and stuffy in the room.

The room was clean and spacious for a double queen. The walls are very thin! You can hear downtown and your neighbors. The desk clerk was nowhere to be seen when attempting to check-in; tried two times and waited 20-min the second time around and they finally came to help. Overall okay stay for the price.
