Wake up to the unbelievable scenery of the Switzerland of America! Postcard picture views no matter which way you look, inside or outside the house! Located half a block behind Main Street, you can walk anywhere you’d like to go – less than 1 block to the brewery, coffee shops, grocery store, restaurants and more!

This brand new, luxury home has high end finishes as well as amazing design and function. It was a historic home (owned by the Bonatti Family) that was rebuilt and brought back to life! The home is named “The Bonatti House.” This two story home has two living areas – each with a Smart TV to connect to your favorite apps. Downstairs features two large sliding patio doors that allow you to extend the home’s open concept into the beautiful Ouray outdoors. The kitchen is fully stocked and includes a 6-burner gas range and a walk-in butler's pantry with a coffee and tea bar. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine on one of two covered porches.

The home sleeps up to 10 people comfortably. Each sleeping space has a mini split air conditioning system. The first-floor primary bedroom includes a king bed and a private spa-like bathroom with a tub and shower. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms and a queen XL sleeper sofa in the upstairs living area with an upgraded memory foam mattress.

This is a pet free home.

PERFECT!

This place was FANTASTIC! Best location, super clean, well decorated and the showers were the bomb! We had a family (with 19-22yr olds) and it was spacious and comfortable. Great communication with the host. Would stay again in a heartbeat.
