There wasn’t coffee left in the lobby, I am not sure what major difference it made to change the reservation to my husbands name, when we have the same last name, in order to get the reward points, but that was really disappointing
..in order to stay loyal to the hotel brand, it’s just points, and doesn’t make any difference to the staff. I would really consider going back to this hotel.
