Great room, we requested an early check-in last minute and the staff kindly offered to do what they could. We were able to check in within the hour! I’d recommend to anyone looking for a getaway at Koena based on the indoor spa access that allows you to go between your room and the spa throughout the day. (Bonus: the entire building smells like essential oils), plus, the 12pm check-out is rare in Ottawa and lets you soak up every second. I cant wait to go back!

My room wasnt that well cleaned, there was a women press on nail on the floor. The wall was dirty like someone spilled a drink on it. The hotel doesnt offer you a continental breakfasts. I also booked a king bed suite, the bed was definitely a queen and not a king.

The room was in great condition, the staff courteous. The spa was littered with people and drinks in the evening, loud conversations. The resort has little natural sunlight in restaurants, in room: ask about the lighting before renting a room to work in. The food, both restaurants, was excellent.

L'hôtel s'affiche avec une belle photo de son aménagement de spa, indique qu'il y a une piscine mais ne mentionne en aucun temps que l'accès n'y est pas compris dans le prix de réservation d'une chambre. En plus, aucun service de chambre en 3 nuits. Je m'attendais à plus de cet hôtel.
