I like the location, the staff were very helpful, free breakfast, right in Shinshibashi shopping area, near Dotonbori, Namba, walkable to the meeting place of day tours, walkable to Kuromon Market, so many places to eat. The downside was the layout of the room, to tight to open a big luggage and the pillows.

We were in Osaka for one night and this hotel was perfectly situated for what we wanted to do. It was a few blocks from Dotonbori Street for food and vibes, and America-mura neighborhood for our thrift shopping experience. The staff were very nice and courteous. The room was clean and cozy. We watched Japanese tv to unwind. The downstairs lounge had complimentary coffee, tea, and flavored water, plus bread rolls at certain times of day. They stored our luggage while we kept exploring. It was a great home base.

Going into my trip I knew rooms in Japan were going to be small, however I found this room actually very spacious compared to Kyoto and Tokyo. It was spacious enough to have luggage laid out and walk around comfortably with a king size bed. Enjoyed all the amenities, free pajamas, and toiletry kits they gave out for free. Super convenient! It’s literally right off the main road of all shopping and dontombori. I would book again just off of location!
