Facilities and cleanliness is good. However if the kettle could be upgraded to one with stainless steel that will be great. As this plastic give off a smell and not to mention about the health of using it to boil water.

Checking in/out was smooth, I haven’t tried a self service option before and it was great. The room was clean and spacious - what the photos showed us. I love the take as you need for toiletries, and the umbrella stand use. We also love how there was many train stations near by. I would recommend this to my family, and friends. It was a fantastic stay!

It's the perfect price for its spacious size for a single family. Love that the whole process (check in and out) was seamless and easy with digital entries to the hotel entrance and room. Helps to not need to hold around a hotel key card. They even made sure to provide supplies for us out the door without asking! It's in a quaint and quiet neighborhood with Shinsekai, mall, Dotonbori, zoo, Namba Park, etc. close by. It was easy getting around. If you're able to take the time to walk 15-30 minutes then train or subway is not necessary. Love the kitchenette and 2 double bed with sofa bed option. The fridge and washing machine was great too! Fridge was bigger than most hotels! It was so convenient to be able to wash your clothes. Highly recommend and would be a returning customer!

A great option for air travellers

Only stayed one night, but the hotel was in close proximity to the terminals. A free shuttle bus can be found at terminal 3 to move you to terminals 1 and 2 if required. The hotel is also close to a convenience store, shopping centre and restaurants. The spa also looks good. Would stay again!

It’s a quiet area, 5-10 minute walk from the train stations. We got a nice view from our hotel room. We can see the Osaka tower. It’s very safe and hitech.
