It was terrible the few nights there due to noise transmitted from other unit (footsteps ... kid running on wooden floor perhaps, sound of dropped object and moving furniture). I couldn't sleep well at all.

A few streets away from restaurants. There's enough room for 3 adults to move around freely. The opportunity to cook a meal is available, along with the convenience of washing clothes. Small areas of opportunity are cleaning the white area rug and leaving English instructions for the washing machine.

Good vicinity to two train stations and shopping arcades + food. The apartment itself was ordinary. Fold out futon sofa was broken. The self-storage around the back is just a shed with bike-lock chains, which did not work.

Great location, plenty of space and very clean. The only suggestion would be to have English instructions printed and posted in the accommodation as well. We had to keep looking up instructions to use bathroom dryer multiple times in our phones

Overall terrible experience, my daughter got sick from tye dirty rooms, floor, curtains, quilts. Lots of dust mites present in the room. No room service could be one reason as they do not clean room every day. I'll not recommend this hotel to any family. Please do not book this place guys!!!!

My family of 3 stayed 5 nights at the Bon Condominiums and it was awesome!! The room was clean and spacious, the check in process was simple and the location was great and 10 mins from Umeda train Station. The laundry was very useful as well, but you will have to hang dry your clothes. One suggestion is to make sure you take screen grabs of the reservation and check out details they send a day before. It seemed like some parties didn’t do so and were confused on how to gain access. I can’t recommend the Bon enough and we will stay there again next trip to Osaka! Arigato Bon!!

Fantastic place to stay - clean, has 2 grocery stores nearby (family mart and 7eleven) and within walkable distance to osaka-umeda transport hub. There is no staff on site, and communication had to be done mainly via email. With fast response rate. They usually replied within 30 minutes.

The apartment is great. It would be perfect if you can add a mirror outside the bathroom for multiple people sharing the mirror in the rush morning to get out on time 😀!
