This property had no staff on site, but the self check-in process was super easy and smooth. The hotel was clean and had a washer in the unit with detergent provided. The bathroom had a heater to dry your clothes which was super convenient. There were plenty of restaurants walking distance from this location and the train station was convenient as well. It was very spacious for my family of 4 and would definitely stay here again.

I love how the rooms are carefully planned to cater every clients needs. Straight forward check in & have always been very responsive on all the questions I may have about the property. Very close to Ebisucho station, Lawson, Family mart, 7/11. Close to Tsutenkaku and shinsekai.

Really spacious room especially for Japan, good location few minutes walk from Ebisucho metro line and walkable to Nipponbashi area. Bathroom with tub included was nice to have. Check in process was smooth just make sure you have all the instructions beforehand.
