Great stay! The staff were extremely polite. Keith helped us check in and he was super helpful and informative. He definitely made our check in process very easy and smooth. Overall great hotel, would definitely stay again.

The room we initially booked faced a concrete wall. The staff was accommodating and pleasant. We were fortunate we were able to upgrade but feel this should be expressed in the description of the room. The parking is $40 a night. That's pretty steep even for a New Yorker.

Surprise $40 mandatory valet fee per night! This was listed no where on Hotels.com listing!I spent $30 on resort fees and $40 on valet with tax $76.35 on top of the room charge. Management was rude and would not compromise or offer a resolution. Thimade or stay horrible!

The parking fee($40 + tax) is outrageous. You are better off parking yourself in the parking garage they use to park your vehicle. The wait for the car is ridiculous. Also ($30) resort fee you get a food and drink credit and the food options are okay. If you don’t use the credit that day it doesn’t roll over and you are out of luck. Other than that it was a great property.
