Clean, and comfortable. Furniture different from photos, but comfortable. Host and property manager were responsive when wind/rain storm tore the screen around the pool. It was repaired in a timely manner.

We supposed to have a heated pool, according to the advertisement. Only after psy the depodit I was informed that would be a 400 fee to have it heated. Besides we have a big problem with the heating in the unit for all the days of our stay. It was really freezing and uncontrollable in the house. We contacted the owner and he responded promptly but the problem wasn’t solved. The master suite had bugs on the mattress and made us feel very unsafe. Actually the house doesn’t have quality in linens, utensils and dishes in general. The location is great, size of the house perfect. Appliances are fare. The house could be more care and would be a perfect place.

This property has potential, but the overall experience fell short due to lack of attention to detail and basic upkeep. I would strongly suggest someone from the management company spend 24 hours in the home to better understand the guest experience.Kitchen inventory is inadequate for a home that sleeps eight. There are multiple very small frying pans and oversized pots, but no standard sauté pan. There were five soup ladles but no spatulas. A simple, thoughtful inventory check would make a big difference.Bathroom amenities were minimal tiny bars of hand soap and only one outdated hair dryer for four to five bathrooms. The dryer barely worked and appeared unsafe.Cleanliness was surface level. Floors appeared broom cleaned, but corners, blinds, and behind doors showed visible buildup. Many blinds were dirty, ill-fitting, and left gaps.The en suite bedrooms have very poor light blocking. A bright streetlight shines directly into the rooms, and the window coverings are not adequate. We had to pin a sheet up to sleep.The living room couch has noticeable stains, and the sectional separates when seated, making it uncomfortable and impractical. There was also a ton of tape left on the wall from some type of banner. It’s the small things that make a big difference. With proper inventory management, maintenance, and deeper cleaning, this could be a much better stay.

The house was lovely. Unfortunately it lack the quality I expected. The mattresses in each room were in horrible condition which left most of the guest complaining. The bed linen been very cheap and left the guests feeling chaffed from the poor quality. The kitchen cookware and utensils needs to be updated. The knives were very dull. The kitchen lacked the benefits of a can opener that works. Although there was an ironing board - there was no iron. And there wasn't ample soap products for the number of guests staying. There was no additional toilet paper in the bathrooms. I had to spend so much money the make my guests comfortable which included comfortable bed linen, kitchenware, bathing and hand soap, paper towels, and toilet paper and many other items. I would have given this place a 2.5 star but it wasn't available.

One level home. Garden tub in main suite. 2 themed room with shared bathroom. Good sized pool with optional heating. Dishwasher, Keurig and plenty of cooking supplies. Game room. TVs everywhere. Corner lot, low traffic, and park across the street. Very nice, will definitely rebook.

All 9 of us had 23 wonderful nights in this villa. Perfect location for Disney and Universal. Great communication with owner when we had an issue which was resolved promptly. Lovely quiet area, we didn’t hear any noise through the day or evening from any neighbouring properties. Kids enjoyed the games room and pool.

Yearly family vacation

The property was nice. The couch had staining and some wallpaper had been tore on a kitchen wall. There were things that were dated and needed replaced but overall was a good stay for the minimal time we spent in the house. The pool made the trip for the kids.

After check in we noticef ants in a room and in the kitchen near the trash can, i notified the owner, he suggusted sending out pest control to take care of the ptoblem. Not enough bath rags had 3 rags out of a whole 2 day stay, but plenty of towels. Besides that all good.

Beautiful house and great location

We loved our stay here! We loved the pool, updates in the home, and great location. There’s a cute park just 3 houses down too! :) The manager was very responsive to questions and check in was seamless. The only feedback I would give is that some small repairs need to be made- pool light worked minimally, some outlets didn’t work,some outlet covers were broken, some wallpaper needs replacing, tv in the garage didn’t work, and Minnie headboard didn’t light up. Also the listing stated there was a bbq grill which until I asked when we got there we thought was included- but was told it was an extra fee. I also needed to inquire before the trip if pool heating was a fee- this was super worth the money but feel it would be helpful to list this on the listing so guests can choose ahead of time to add these on and not have unexpected fees. Overall, thank you for a great vacation with beautiful memories! Would recommend for families with little ones :)

Very nice accommodations

Location was perfect for a Disney vacation without the high price of staying on property. And it is across the street from a park - and added bonus for us with a toddler. House was furnished well with linens and dishes so we didn't have to wash towels and dishes daily. The house is worn though with some wallpaper missing and many marks on the walls, ceiling, and floors. Overall a nice place to stay.

It was a very quiet neighborhood, the house had a few things that didn't work but nothing big. The house was spacious. We didn't pay to have the pool heated but would recommend to pay the fee, it was way to cold to use. It was a good place to stay.
