Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volley ball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience. Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay. It is a catch and release Lake.

Other activies include Lake Louisa, which is 10 mins away. Lakeridge Winery offering free wine tasting and only 20 mins away, and close to Margaritaville offering water park, dine in Movie Theater and loads of local Restaurants. Only a 60 minute drive to Florida Gulf Coast offering great beaches such as Clear Water Beach. Fast wifi speed and all smart TVs in all bedrooms.

Located in a prime location in the Clermont area, just 5 minutes to I-4 for easy access to all of the major attractions. Close to Champions Gate, Posner Park shopping and Publix Plaza, World Class Golf Courses, and perfectly located within 20-30 minutes of all of the popular parks such as Disney World (15 minutes), Universal (26 minutes), SeaWorld (23 minutes), and Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park (10 minutes).

Home is equipped with keyless smart locks and alarm. Access is typically the last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Four theme park days are exhilarating — and exhausting. This single-level Orlando Area villa is where the group fully exhales. Mornings start slow around the pool, afternoons disappear into a game room that practically runs itself, and evenings end with everyone gathered around a table big enough for all ten of you. The parks are the destination, but this place is where the trip actually lives.
 
Living space
Open-plan living areas give ten guests room to breathe without anyone feeling crowded. Central air conditioning and ceiling fans keep every corner of the home cool and comfortable, a welcome contrast to the Florida heat outside. Fast Wi-Fi at 287 Mbps handles streaming, video calls, and multiple devices running at once without a hitch, and a dedicated workspace in a common area is available for anyone who needs to stay connected mid-trip.
 
Sleeping arrangements
Four bedrooms sleep ten guests across a range of configurations. Two king master suites each come with a private ensuite bathroom, smart TV, ceiling fan, and storage - one opens directly onto the pool area. A third bedroom offers a queen bed, and the fourth is a themed room with two single beds. A queen sofa bed in the family room rounds out the sleeping arrangements. A crib, Pack 'n Play/travel crib, and standalone high chair are always on-site for younger guests, along with children's dinnerware and babysitter recommendations if needed.
 
Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen is genuinely equipped for a group your size. A GE refrigerator, Samsung stainless steel electric stove, stainless steel single oven, and dishwasher take care of the heavy lifting. A microwave, toaster, blender, hot water kettle, drip coffee maker, and Keurig machine cover everything else. Cooking basics, dishes and silverware, wine glasses, baking sheets, and barbecue utensils are all provided. The dining table brings everyone together, and breakfast is included with every stay.
 
Bathrooms
Three bathrooms serve the group, offering a mix of bathtub and shower options. Hair dryer, hotel shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and bathroom essentials are all stocked. One master bathroom includes a bidet.
 
Entertainment & family features
The air-conditioned game room is a full entertainment hub - arcade games, a pool table, life size games, and a large TV mean there is always something to do when the parks are done for the day. A separate children's playroom is stocked with toys, books, and board games covering ages from toddlers right through to 10 and beyond. Smart TVs throughout the home connect to Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, HBO Max, Hulu, Netflix, Roku, and standard cable. Exercise equipment is also available on-site.
 
Outdoor living
The screened private pool and spa are open year-round, 24 hours a day. Pool and spa heating is available for an extra fee. Sun loungers, outdoor furniture, an outdoor dining area, and a private BBQ grill make the patio an easy place to settle in. A private backyard and lake access give the group space to spread out beyond the pool deck.
 
Location & resort access
Free resort access is included with the stay - a shared gym, sports courts, an outdoor playground, and a fishing lake are all within the community whenever a change of pace is needed. The villa is pet-friendly, and long-term stays are welcome. Self check-in is handled via smart lock, and free driveway parking accommodates up to four vehicles, with free street parking also available nearby. Housekeeping can be arranged for an extra cost. Two exterior security cameras are positioned at the front and back of the property - none cover any interior spaces.
 

No restrictions in getting around. Lots of parking and all free. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Overnight parking is available at the clubhouse parking lot. Uber and Lyyft are readily available. Our driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs
