My GrandDaughter had an accident sheets and mattress pad was removed it was stained with blood other big spots urine spots made me sick to my stomach the blood stain was very big and just covered up room next door was very loud fighting smoking all night the smell was coming in my room making me sick to my stomach couldn’t wait to leave

Please be advise that this hotel charges deposit fee on top of what you already payed for the room here on expedia. And the deposit is not given back until few bussines days later. Wich is very inconvenient.

Staff were professional and nice. The room was clean enough. Unfortunately, there was a spot in my bathroom ceiling that was leaking and the fire alarm went off at 4 in the morning because of a low battery. The staff were helpful when the incidents happened.
