Our room was on third floor and the elevator was not working, hot water never got hot while taking my shower, not cold but certainly a long way from hot lol. Room was spacious very clean.

We stayed in room C216 and it was renovated and very clean. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the beds. We were literally laying on the springs

The property was under going construction, but was well contained and marked. Our room was in the back and unfortunately next to the work room for employees. They were very loud, early in the morning. Other than that, the room did not have a bedside lamp. Definitely needed one.

Excellent hotel! Even though I only used it to sleep, since my trip was an emergency to be close to the hospital where my brother was, everything was very pleasant, including the staff, who behaved very well despite the circumstances.
