The communication was a bit slow at the beginning, which made things slightly uncertain at first. However, once the host responded, they were very attentive and addressed all of our requests promptly and thoroughly. Everything worked out well in the end, and we appreciated their efforts to make our stay comfortable.

The unit was not clean as advertised and it had an unpleasant odor The floors were definitely not cleaned. the sheets didn't look clean.

Fabulous Two Month Stay!!

The condo was everything the description said. We had plenty of space for us and to entertain. LC Homes Group we’re very responsive to all of our questions and requests. The location is literally near EVERYTHING!

Family Vacation

Overall the property was very clean and as advertised. We selected this location for the pool and amenities. The pool was nice but pretty crowded at times due to private parties.

Don’t be fooled by the pictures

Pool is a 20 minute walk, not in complex. After paying a pet fee were then charged another huge amount no refund deposit, also as a pet fee. This was just a couple hours before our scheduled check in, and after we’d been driving for six hours. Premises is heavily infected with fruit flies and nats, and there are no screens to outward doors. Spare bedroom was missing sheets, and inadequate blankets. Shower heads are totally lame, resulting in minimal pressure from a few jets. Tub edge too high and extremely slippery when wet. No hot water when we arrived, and had to wait for property manager to resolve. Until we asked, we received no check in information, and then the rude awakening of an extra no refund deposit. Highly dissatisfied, and will never rent from this property again.

Excellent Stay

This property was five stars. Absolutely spotless, clean, comfortable. We loved it. We loved the easy booking and check in and check out process. Everything was very clean and very new. Very comfortable and well appointed. Thank you. We will definitely book again.
