The home consists of 1 KING bed with attached bathroom,
1 QUEEN bedroom with attached bath,
1 Kids bedroom with 1 twin and 1 bunk bed and Living Room with a sleeper sofa.
The home can sleep 6 people very comfortably and 8 people with the use of a sleeper sofa.
The home has in-home laundry (washer-dryer). Very close to the pool.
Cable and flat-screen TVs included.WIFI and High-Speed Internet (normally $10 per rental) are included free of charge in a promotional offer.
The kitchen includes all normal "home" appliances - microwave, refrigerator, cooking range, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, blender.

Outstanding option for the Disney bound family
We couldn't have been happier with our stay. Our "kids" are all. 25+ and we were all comfortable. There were plenty of places for groceries and coffee nearby.
The owners were very helpful in communication for check-in and house rules. This option exceeded my expectations and I would recommend it for anyone wanting to avoid the higher cost of Disney sponsored accommodations

Our observations
While we were not there during the day the community appeared to be quiet. Somethings that were disappointing: We requested early access but wasn’t able to access property until almost an hour after checkin because it was still being cleaned. Although we cleaned up after our own pets others in the community did not. The rental had bath and hand towels but no wash clothes, no teaspoons, no broom/dust pan. There was a container of weed killer left out on the patio.
