We loved the resort. The cottages were comfortable and clean, the pool was amazing and we loved that there was a shuttle to the pool. The best part was the Margaritaville blender in the kitchen! We would totally stay there again.

Margaritaville is an amazing resort but I will never book through Rentyls again. Our condo was dirty, the furniture was filthy with holes in the couch, a tv that hung crooked, missing vertical blinds, and a broken bed/slumping mattress that was miserable. Dirty socks, used bandaids and hair ties were found on the floors. Just gross!

Great 4 room villa during low season. Great value compared to options for many in one room within Disney Resorts. Is unfair to compare any resort with Disney properties, because the theming and mistic about Disney properties is legendary and well gained. If a comparison is stretched only Caribbean Beach Resort and Yatch and Beach Club be compatible because all are about beaches. MV certainly is superior than Caribbean Beach reports in terms of convenience and cost. Theming is very subjective, but certainly Disney is more for small families. The alternatives for occupancy is superior at MV, is also targeted for adults more than families. MV is a great hub for extended family reunions just around of the most magical places on earth without the most expensive tag.

There was a surprisingly high pressured sales pitch from the timeshare group upon my check in. I have stayed on property before and had not experienced this. The unit we stayed in was aged and not well appointed. The kitchen had few essentials needed for cooking. Hot pads were absent, few cooking trays or mixing bowls. It was under prepared for cooking. We were surprised by the dirty front door and front porch bench. The pool and hot tub were warm and nicely maintained. I was disappointed by the intensity of the sales pitch for the timeshare, lack of an equipped kitchen for basic cooking and the wear and tear on the unit. It has changed, not for the better, since I traveled here two years ago.

The sofa bed was badly stained. Needed to cover with a sheet. Also the sofabed mattress was in very bad shape. No sheets or blanket for sofabed. Also the curtains were very dirty.
