I waited in line for an hour to check in. When I got to the desk it was 4:30pm (check in is 4pm) and my cottage wasn’t ready. The staff at the front desk was friendly and apologetic but clearly overwhelmed with the number of people waiting to check in. At 5:30 I got the call that the cottage was ready. The cottage was beautiful and comfortable. However, on our second day, there was a power outage that apparently damaged the router and left us without WiFi (which also meant we had no TV access). They weren’t able to fix the situation during our stay. We rented a cabana by the pool and had paid for an extra chair but it was missing the extra chair. When I let the staff know, she told me to drag a chair from another cabana. She was clearly also overwhelmed with the amount of people in line to enter the pool area. I wasn’t sure which cabanas were in use and I didn’t want to mistakenly take a chair from a rented cabana. So, I finally found another staff member by the pool and they were able to find a chair. I am not sure if they were understaffed or what the case was but that appeared to be the situation. They did offer a $50 resort credit to use at the restaurant (for the room not being ready on time). I would try again to stay there because the resort, pools, and cottages are beautiful. However, I would not confidently recommend it to others due to the issues we had during our stay.

We liked how everything was nearby from water fun, food and other activities. Having a three bedroom cottage. Didn’t like check in process at all including parking to check in, the cottage we stayed in was the very last street and near a highway that was very noisy. Also the landscaping wasn’t great near the cottages including the backyards.

Is there a second year staying at the cottages. It is easy to walk to sunset walk for dining and shopping. The pool is great. The waterpark is lots of fun and there is transportation available to Disney theme parks.

The property itself is clean but the cottage we rented is so far from the main lobby and the main pool. Our stay was okay until 3 people from our parties suffered sore neck and stiff neck on our last few days there. We realized that it was the pillows. The pillows are so thick in every room and made it a very uncomfortable stay.

We loved our stay. We had a four bedroom villa. The beds were extremely comfortable. But the couch in the sitting area was dirty and needed to be cleaned. Along with the kitchen stools. It was really nice to have access to the waterpark, but the water was extremely cold since it was the first week that the park had opened. The shuttle service around the resort was useful. Just wish they would operate a little later extending it until midnight would be very helpful. Also the bar and dining at the main pool closed too early. The temperature of the pool should be better maintained for the spring .

The distance from the cottages to hotel amenities is far, a car is needed, especially for children after a hot day at the pool!!

The cottage/Villa was massive! Beautiful furnishings, kitchen appliances, we literally wanted to move in. 10 ft ceilings, bathroom for each bedroom, so comfortable. Smart TV in each room plus living area, amenities were top shelf.
