What an amazing unit at Champions Gate. Close to all activities Orlando has to offer. Unit was perfect for the 9 of us, pool was so handy and the accommodations spacious and well kept. Agent was very responsive when we asked to get pool heated. Highly recommend

We stayed at this property with our adult children and we did have a good time and enjoyed the property. I will start with the positives. Great layout, lots of room, pool area great size for us (5 adults). We liked the lounge chairs, lots of pool towels. once the pool heat was turned on it worked well. The management company did respond to our requests very quickly. We had some items that needed fixing. Check in was easy and access to gate was easy. overall our stay was good and we enjoyed our vacation. The house (for being brand new) was very beat up by the renters. lots of marks on the walls, furniture was falling apart. The house was not very clean when we entered. floors were not clean and the worst thing was the bedding. i ended up washing all of the comforters on the beds myself and re washing all of the bed sheets. There were body hairs between the sheets on the beds, this was really disgusting... The property management company needs to find new cleaning crews. Remote controls were missing the backs and you had to hold the batteries in place to change the channel. there was garbage floating in the pool, hair in the bathroom. there were no oven mitts, no casserole dishes and no baking sheets in the kitchen. also the pictures of the pool are are deceiving, it appears there are no houses around you, but that subdivision is completed now. there are houses all around the back area by the pool and the road beside where the pool is, is very busy.

Property was nice just not well maintained.

The house was as described, although pictures are outdated and there is normal wear and tear. We payed for a heated pool and it was never done. Tried to contact property manager via call and email and no response or offer to refund the $200 plus dollars it cost me. Ice maker was frozen solid. Curtain rods in living area coming out off wall.towel hooks coming out of wall. Peeling wallpaper. Shower in master bath barely trickles water out of shower head couldn’t even get wet. Cleaning lady was not done when we arrived half an hour after check in resulting in a hurried job. Master bath also looks like someone locked their dog in it scratches on walls,base, and door casing. Most of these sound minuscule but are evident that the property is not properly maintained.

House was overall wonderful. We had a awesome time and house was big enough for my guests. Just need a few more cooking pots. Would stay again.
