While the Windsor Cay clubhouse is still being completed, our guests have full access to the Windsor Island Clubhouse.

This extravagant home is inside Windsor Cay, a secure vacation rental community featuring world-class amenities, just 9 miles from the magical gates of Disney World.

Step into a realm of opulence and tranquility. Every room in this grand residence is adorned with modern accents that evoke a sense of being in an oasis. Alongside the recently constructed home, guests can luxuriate in plush beds and abundant space.

The Master Suite, situated on the first floor, showcases a king-sized bed, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a generously proportioned area for unwinding.

Furthermore, another bedroom boasts a queen-sized bed and an adjoining bathroom with an exclusive entrance.

You'll encounter a plethora of leisure options on the second floor. The children will be absolutely delighted by the fantastic playground structure and toys.

When you step into the themed rooms, allow your imagination to roam freely. For your comfort, you will find three beautifully themed rooms, each accommodating up to 4 people. A bunk bed layout that includes two twins and one double bed.

While the Windsor Cay clubhouse is still being completed, our guests will have access to the Windsor Island clubhouse.

Windsor Island Resort is the 4th in the "Windsor" vacation resort series and boasts bigger and better amenities than ever before! An extravagant modern clubhouse incorporating a large resort-style swimming pool with a lazy river, slides, and children's water park/splash pad to amuse the young at heart. There is a variety of sports amenities including basketball and sand volleyball courts and putt-putt golf.

Please note that the initial credit card information requested during the booking process is solely for website registration purposes. Welfare Vacation Homes will subsequently request your credit card details through our property management system for the actual payment. We have implemented a thorough three-step authorization process to ensure the utmost information security:

1. Submission of Reservation Agreement and Credit Card Information.
2. Submission of a Personal Portrait Holding the Credit Card and ID.
3. Electronic Signatures Verification.

Please be advised that, in accordance with our payment policy, an initial payment equal to 50% of the total reservation amount is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance of 50% shall be payable within 30 calendar days from the date of booking.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, in instances where the check-in date occurs within the same calendar month as the booking confirmation, the total reservation amount shall be due and payable in full at the time of booking.

To receive a refund, any reservation cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival or in the event of a no-show will not qualify for a refund. However, cancellations made at least 30 days in advance will incur only a 4.5% transaction fee. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed on the originally scheduled check-in date.

Additionally, we are delighted to offer our valued guests the option of installment payments. The availability of this installment option is determined by the number of full months between the booking and check-in dates.

BBQ Grill has an additional cost of $70 for use during the reservation.

For the best convenience of our guests, we provide basic supplies such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, and essential kitchen items like salt, sugar, and pepper for the first days of the stay.

For the safety and security of our guests, our vacation homes are equipped with exterior surveillance cameras strategically placed on the front porch and sides of the property. These cameras are positioned solely for security purposes and do not face any private areas of the home, ensuring your privacy throughout your stay.
