The two bedrooms in the basement of the main house have an ensuite full bathroom and are linked.

Capacity:
The maximum occupancy between 10 pm and 7 am as set by the City of Orillia (with effect from January 1 2024) shall be:
- Main house: 10 people
- Add-on apartment: 6 people (650 meters trail-walk away)

Taxation:
My prices include a 13% sales tax, which can be deducted from your sales tax payable. I can provide my HST number when needed.

The house was okay for a family wedding- the beds were very comfortable- the kitchen was lacking in a few items- but it was nice to have eggs and bread good coffee and filters would have made us happier
