Cortijo Jazmines Órgiva by Ruralidays

Country house located near the village of Órgiva, in the Alpujarra region of Granada province, Andalusia.

The house has one bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. The living/dining room with a fireplace connects to the fully equipped kitchen via a breakfast bar. The house is equipped with air conditioning in the bedroom, wall-mounted electric radiators in the bedrooms, and a portable radiator in the bathroom. A crib and highchair are available upon request.

Outside the house, a private swimming pool awaits, nestled among trees and flowers. On the terrace, under the watchful gaze of a grapevine, you can enjoy a delicious wine while taking in the fantastic mountain views. If you love the sun, relax peacefully on the lawn, and if you prefer less shade, you can find refuge under the garden trees, which offer welcome shade and coolness.

The access road is paved, except for the last 400 meters, which are a dirt track. You can park your car within the property.

During your stay, you can bring your pets so they can also enjoy the surroundings. Please note that there is an additional charge of €50 for extra cleaning for 1 or 2 pets.

Empfohlene Unterkunft. Es ist ein kleines Haus, um 2 Personen bequem zu genießen. Sehr sauber und mit perfekter und angenehmer Heizung. Wir konnten mit unserem Hund bleiben, und das ist ein Muss für uns. Kein Problem mit Zahlung und Anzahlung. Der Eigentümer löste freundlicherweise einen kleinen Notfall. Um eine kleine Unannehmlichkeit zu erwähnen, das Haus liegt an einer Straße ohne Beleuchtung und das Ausführen des Hundes nachts war etwas komplizierter, die Müllcontainer stehen am Anfang der Straße, 1 km entfernt. WiFi-Signal etwas schwach. Wir sagten dem Besitzer, dass das Badezimmer ein Leck hatte, aber wir waren tagelang dort, als es viel regnete, und ich glaube nicht, dass er es bemerkte. Aber ich betone nochmals, dass sich die Unterkunft lohnt.

Wij waren van 7 t/m 24 juni 2022 in dit huisje in Órgiva. Het vakantiehuisje is goed bereikbaar via een prima verharde weg. Die weg is smal en als je een tegenligger treft moet iemand even achteruit, maar dat levert nooit problemen op. Parkeren kan op het eigen perceel. Het zwembad en de tuin zijn heerlijk, de tuin is groot genoeg met fijn gras en een ruim terras en het zwembad is fantastisch. Wordt ook goed schoon gehouden. Het huisje is prima geschikt voor 2 personen. Het tweepersoonsbed heeft een goed matras, het slaapt lekker. Een iets breder bed zou nog fijner zijn. De keuken heeft alles wat je nodig hebt, inclusief grote koelkast en vriezer. Prima. Het is niet erg groot, maar je leeft op vakantie toch altijd buiten. De TV heeft uitsluitend Spaanse zenders, maar ja, behalve een voetbalwedstrijd kijk je toch geen TV. En op je iPad kan je via WiFi eventueel toch zien wat je wilt. Krachtiger WiFi zou nog fijner zijn, dan kan je de wedstrijden helemaal ononderbroken kijken. De douche is krachtig met een stevige waterstraal. Heerlijk. Het huisje heeft veel privacy, maar het pad naast de tuin dat naar een ander huisje loopt, is afgezet met rieten matten en die zijn niet erg inkijkvrij. Voor naturisme is dat wat lastig, want je wordt bekeken als je in je blootje zwemt of rondloopt als de buren weggaan of thuiskomen. Dat is natuurlijk maar twee keer per dag maar het is toch niet zo fijn. Órgiva zelf is een leuk stadje met genoeg eetgelegenheden en winkeltjes en pinautomaten. Een leuk plein in het centrum met de VVV voor alle informatie. Boodschappen doe je het best bij supermarkt Consum. Daar hebben ze alles wat je nodig hebt. Nette grote supermarkt met verse groenten, brood, vlees en vis en een parkeerdek op het dak. De siësta is in dit deel van Andalusië nog steeds heilig, dus ‘s middags is alles potdicht, behalve de Consum. In de omgeving liggen Lanjaron, Pampaniera, Bubion en Capileira binnen handbereik. In 3 kwartier zit je op Playa Cantarrijan of Playa de la Joya aan zee of ben je in de grotere plaats Motril. Granada en het ski-oord in de Siërra Nevada zijn in 75 minuten te bereiken. Kortom, ons verblijf in Órgiva was geweldig. O ja, vergeet niet om insektenspray met deet mee te nemen, want je hebt best wel last van vliegen en muggen. Maar ja, wij komen al jarenlang in Spanje en daar heb je bijna overal last van en dat is in Órgiva in dit huisje niet anders. Bedankt Miguel voor een fijne vakantie.

Wir waren vom 7. bis 24. Juni 2022 in diesem Haus in Órgiva. Das Ferienhaus ist über eine ausgezeichnete asphaltierte Straße leicht erreichbar. Diese Straße ist eng und wenn Sie auf ein entgegenkommendes Fahrzeug stoßen, muss jemand zurücksetzen, aber das verursacht nie Probleme. Das Parken ist auf dem privaten Grundstück möglich. Der Pool und der Garten sind schön, der Garten ist groß genug mit feinem Gras und einer geräumigen Terrasse und der Pool ist fantastisch. Auch sehr sauber gehalten. Das Ferienhaus ist gut geeignet für 2 Personen. Das Doppelbett hat eine gute Matratze, man schläft gut. Ein etwas breiteres Bett wäre noch schöner. Die Küche hat alles, was Sie brauchen, einschließlich eines großen Kühl- und Gefrierschranks. Bußgeld. Es ist nicht sehr groß, aber im Urlaub wohnt man immer draußen. Der Fernseher hat nur spanische Sender, aber ja, bis auf ein Fußballspiel schaut man nicht fern. Und auf Ihrem iPad können Sie über WLAN immer noch sehen, was Sie wollen. Leistungsfähigeres WLAN wäre noch schöner, dann kann man die Spiele komplett ungestört verfolgen. Die Dusche ist kraftvoll mit einem starken Wasserstrahl. Köstlich. Das Haus hat viel Privatsphäre, aber der Weg neben dem Garten, der zu einem anderen Haus führt, ist mit Schilfmatten ausgekleidet und sie sind nicht sehr frei von Sicht. Für Naturisten ist das etwas schwierig, weil man beim Nacktbaden beobachtet wird oder herumläuft, wenn die Nachbarn gehen oder nach Hause kommen. Das ist natürlich nur zweimal am Tag, aber so schön ist das nicht. Órgiva selbst ist eine schöne Stadt mit vielen Restaurants, Geschäften und Geldautomaten. Ein schöner Platz im Zentrum mit dem Tourismusbüro für alle Informationen. Am besten erledigen Sie Ihre Einkäufe im Supermarkt Consum. Sie haben dort alles, was Sie brauchen. Ordentlicher großer Supermarkt mit frischem Gemüse, Brot, Fleisch und Fisch und einem Parkdeck auf dem Dach. Die Siesta ist in diesem Teil Andalusiens immer noch heilig, daher ist am Nachmittag alles geschlossen, außer dem Consum. In der Umgebung sind Lanjaron, Pampaniera, Bubion und Capileira leicht zu erreichen. In 45 Minuten sind Sie am Strand Playa Cantarrijan oder Playa de la Joya oder in der größeren Stadt Motril. Granada und das Skigebiet in der Sierra Nevada sind in 75 Minuten zu erreichen. Kurz gesagt, unser Aufenthalt in Órgiva war großartig.
