Facility can use more maintaining. Shower floor was cracked, door was leaking, no one came to clean the room in 4 days, staff did not try to accommodate our needs.

The hotel was friendly, professional and welcoming on arrival. They gave a full rundown on all the amenities including the twice a week area toured and the wine tastings. Our room was nicely appointed with nice linens and great pillows it was cozy and intimate. The location is excellent, quick walking access to Grand Central, 5th Avenue, the theater district, Time Square etc. Having an amazing restaurant with equally amazing staff in the building was a real plus.
