First thing they do when you walk in is help with your luggage to your room and have a quick and easy check in. They had spacious rooms and had an amazing view. I felt very well taken care of when I set foot into this hotel. I would definitely come back here again.

One of my favorite hotels in Fukuoka. It is right on the subway line (for direct access to/from the airport) and located close to canal city with convenient access to restaurants and shops. Rooms are comfortable and larger than average.

all the staff are friendly, helpful and polite. The room is clean but a bit dated. The carpet in my room doesn't extend to the bathroom door. Thus a gap. I don't expect such room conditions for a 5 star hotel.
