Dear SG Residence Inn Hakata Team, Thank you very much for a pleasant stay — everything was perfect in terms of location, cleanliness, and overall comfort. However, I would like to raise one concern regarding the bedding. Unfortunately, the pillows and the blanket in the room (which appeared to be feather-filled) had a strong, unpleasant odor, as if they were old or deteriorating. This significantly impacted the sleeping comfort during my stay. I hope this can be looked into for future guests, as it would otherwise be an excellent experience.
