Excellent and good friendly staff, good hotel transport, very good style, but breakfast needs to improve and give more choices. Receptions staff is good and efficient.

We arrived at Phu Quoc knowing very little about it, however, the uncertainty of what to expect assisted in the overall experience of the island. Cassia Cottage were easy to communicate with and we were able to organise a transfer pick up from the airport for as little as US$10 (the hotel is tricky to locate so a transfer was well worth it). Our transfer was waiting for us as we arrived at the airport and swiftly took our bags and took us to the hotel. We were greeted with a refreshing drink and a map of Phu Quoc, we were before check in time however our room was ready as we arrived. The rooms were well above our expectations, they were spacious with a big bed and an above standard bathroom. The pool area looked like it had recently been renovated and provided us with many hours of lounging whilst the lovely staff served us food and drinks (in which you can just put under your room number and pay at check out). The restaurant was excellent without being extravagant which is exactly what we needed. The hotel was rather quiet as we went during wet season (June) however it hardly rained and we had 30+ degrees and sunny for our entire stay. We hired motor bikes from the hotel and explored the island which was our favourite experience of our whole trip.
