Villa S&A is a very comfortable accommodation for 6 people with pool and sea views with a heated private pool and amazing panoramic sea views of the crystal blue-turquoise water of the Adriatic sea and of island Brač, from every corner of the house. Your privacy on the whole property is guaranteed, and the area is very peaceful and quiet.
Because the property is located on the slope, it has several levels, the together property size is 500 sqm, plus the villa itself is 200 sqm. The car is recommended, and there are two parking places secured on the property. Villa is fully air-conditioned and has free Wi-fi.
*On the first level, there is the main entrance to the bedroom area where you have master Bedroom No. 1 with a king-size bed 180cm x 200cm with a balcony and opened sea views, en-suite bathroom with shower, air-condition, and a TV. Bedroom No2 with two single beds 90cm x 200cm, a balcony with open sea views, air-conditioning, and a TV. A Bedroom No3 with two single beds 90cmx 200cm, a balcony with open sea views, air-conditioning, and a TV. A family bathroom with a shower (for these two bedrooms). Each bathroom has all toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, bathrobe, slippers, hairdryer, etc.
*The internal staircase takes you down to the spacious, open-plan living room area with amazing sea views and is connected to the outdoor dining area. The living room offers comfy sofas, a TV, air-conditioning a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room for 8 people with a fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with all modern guest's needs for their comfortable stay (Delonghi espresso machine, blender, microwave oven, kettle…). There is also a family bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.
*Outdoor dining area is connected to the kitchen and living room. Covered dining area with gas barbecue and panoramic sea and island views that you can enjoy any time of the day or night… just next to it is a playground for your youngest and offers a trampoline, wooden playhouse with a slide, and a swing. Additionally, you have 3 mountain bikes for your use, included.
*Outdoor steps take you to the Pool area. It is a lower level where you have a private 25sqm heated pool that has a counter-current program, offering absolute privacy.
