One of the best hotel stays ever. From staff, to property and amenities, everything was 5 stars. Room was cleaned every day, breakfast had a variety of foods, many healthy choices, tasty and tastefully presented. The beach is amazing, with beach chairs and umbrellas available for rent. I would highly recommend it!

The staff, including Steven and Tanjia, were very helpful and made great recommendations for the area. The lobby does not do justice to the rest of the hotel which was beautiful. The room on the 12th floor was huge and had a spectacular balcony with amazing of the water and entire area. The spa and rooftop pool area was especially nice and also had unbelievable views. The food was excellent. Try the tuna sashimi appetizer, delicious.

Staff were exceptional, arranged collection transfer from the port and return transfer to the airport. Laura at the beach was so pleasant and accommodating. Daniel in the restaurant could not do enough for you. The hotel although listed as 4 star should be shown as 5 star as I have stayed in 5 star hotels that have not come close to this hotel.
