Villa Mirna is located in a quiet part of the village Lokva Rogoznica with amazing, open sea and island views from every corner of the property and absolute privacy.
Completely air-conditioned and fully equipped for a very pleasant stay of max 12 persons.
Villa Mirna offers you an outdoor heated 26m2 pool with a whirlpool and sun deck area with 8 lounge chairs, a hot tub on the roof terrace, and a traditional wine bar.
Interior offers two floors:

Ground floor – Fully equipped kitchen, dining, and living area that is connected to the pool area, Bedroom No1 with double bed, Bedroom No2 with 2 single beds, two family bathrooms with shower, and one toilette with washing machine.
1st floor - Bedroom No. 3 with double bed and sofa bed per person, bathroom with shower (en-suite), and the outside terrace with sea views. Bedroom No4 has two single beds which can be connected as one double, with a TV and game console (PS4). A family bathroom can be used by this bedroom. Bedroom No5 has a double bed and sofa bed per person, a bathroom with shower (en-suite), and an outside terrace with sea views.

2nd floor has a gym space with orbitrek machine & running gear. At the roof terrace, you have a hot tub and outdoor furniture with amazing sea views.
Behind the house is a traditional wine bar with local drinks.
The whole property is fully air-conditioned and all rooms have a smart TV.
Villa is located 50 m above sea level and is 160m far from the most beautiful pebble beach and from a few good restaurants. Because it is located on a hill it has absolutely open sea views.

Villa Mirna 2024

We had a wonderful time at tha Mirna villa; we were 10 people, 3 families, ages 4-70. The accommodation is wonderful, spacious, clean and comfortable. There's a great outside space and the pool, although not huge, and the hot tub were used every day. Only a short walk to a lovely beach. A hire car is a must; Omis and Split easy to get to. We'd only make a couple of points for improvement: could do with more fridge space, even if it were an overflow fridge in the garage. We could have done with a second clothes airer, and a yoga mat in the gym area would have been nice. Overall a great place.

we have enjoyed staying at Villa Mirna. House is very modern, well equipped, including infinity swimming pool, grill area, wine cellar and jacuzzi. Minutes away from a beach. Close by town (Omis), with number of attractions, including white water rafting.

Beautiful villa with the most amazing sea view.

This lovely villa was really clean and nicely decorated. We’ve rented lots of villas and this is the first one we would all rent again. 4 of the bedrooms have sea views. We enjoyed sitting in the top floor in an evening when the sun was going down. The BBQ is great with space to sit at the bar. Outside dining table and chairs great too. The pool was lovely and clean and such a fabulous view from it. Reading the reviews we couldn’t work out how close the local restaurant and beach were, we were pleasantly surprised that we could walk to both. Our youngest child was 9 and we all managed fine. The restaurant is fabulous, serves amazing fish and steak. And the beach was amazing. Beautiful clear sea, rocks for jumping off, and no sand- perfect. There is even a beach bar and jet ski hire etc. We only went in to Omis as we’d been travelling prior to the villa so we were all happy to relax here and enjoy the local beach and restaurant. We would definitely love to come back.

An amazing house, with an amazing view.

Loved our recent stay at Villa Mirna, everything about the house was perfect. Well furnished, with the most fabulous views. The owners Mirna and Marko were very helpful in answering all our questions, and provided us with a number for a taxi to take us into Omis for dinner one night. The welcome platter of local meats and cheeses and the local wine was a lovely gesture. The outdoor space was great. We used the outdoor grill many times during our stay and we loved the sunsets from the hot tub on the upper floor. Being October we found the pool a little on the cool side, but didn't stop us from taking a dip in the afternoon. Would definitely love to go back!!

Fantastic villa in an exceptional position with a view where you can dream!...we had 7 adults, 2 children and 2 infants..the villa gave our family exceptional living accommodation with the pool being our second home!!...only 4 miles from the busy but beautiful town of Omiscwith a great choice of restaurants and boat trips to Brac...we would definitely return to this villa as it was the best we had rented!

Fantastic, modern villa with amazing sea views

We have just returned from staying at this beautiful, brand new villa and couldn't be happier. The villa exceeded all our expectations and was a delight to stay at. There were 8 of us in the group (two families) but the villa felt very spacious and there really was something for everyone. The beautiful infinity swimming pool, the BBQ, the gym, the well equipped kitchen, not to mention the well stocked wine bar and the hot tub for watching the sunsets all made our holiday at Villa Mirna one to remember. The Owners greeted us on arrival and gave us a lovely "welcome pack" including fresh bread, cheese, ham and some local wine. The nearest town (Omis) was fun to explore and we enjoyed buying fish from the market and cooking it on the BBQ for supper. White water rafting on the River Cetina was also fun. All in all, this really was the best villa we have stayed at and would thoroughly recommend it for a relaxing, enjoyable holiday in Croatia. Helen K

We had an excellent stay in Villa Mirna. Everything was very clean, and looked like on the photographs and the view is astonishing. The hosts were very kind, and responded ASAP if we had any questions or needs. It was a wonderful stay in a great villa located in a very nice location with a not too crowded beach and very beautiful Croatian cities just a 20 minutes drive away. We would recommend it and return again!

Fabulous villa with stunning views.

Great villa, well equipped with lots of crockery, cutlery, towels and very clean with comfy beds and plenty of room for three families. Great pool with amazing view and good local restaurant. Owner very helpful and nothing too much trouble with a well stocked honesty bar and an exceptional welcome food package together with shampoos & toothbrushes if needed. Highly recommended.

Amazing villa...stunning location

We have just returned from an incredible week in Villa Mirna. Weather was beautiful all week. We were greeted with local wine, fruit, bread and cheese/meats that the owners had very kindly prepared for us. The villa was spotless with everything we needed. Owners extremely helpful and even took us to a local garage when we got a puncture in the hire car! Gym was a bonus and we made good use of this too. Omis for excursions and meals is only a fifteen minute drive...we did a boat trip and white water rafting. Fish market is open 6am - 10am...excellent and reasonable. Ate at CocoPazzo and would thouroughly recommend. Local beaches are perfect for swimming...clean, warm sea...take swimming shoes as rocky and sea urchins!! Fantastic sunsets...you can just watch the sun sink from the villa. Loved this place and would definitely like to return. Couldn't have been any better.

Stunning villa with gorgeous sea views

Wonderful villa. Spotlessly clean, well presented, very stylish. Obviiously brand new and looked like no one had stayed there before. We were all delighted. Highlights - Sea views, stylish interior design, comfy beds, comfy sun loungers, outside BBQ kitchen, the gym, nice crockery/utensils etc, pleasant helpful owners We had a great week. The location was a little poor for us as we couldn't walk into a village but we knew that when we booked. We needed the car at all times and the villa is located up a steep hill with no lights, steep drop etc. I didn't like this much but others would find it ok, especially when you are rewarded with a gorgeous view from the villa. The drive was also steep and I found this tricky to negotiate with a large people carrier car. I chose to park at the top of the drive to make life a bit easier. We made some suggestions to the owner re equipment to add as the villa was so new and there are always a few things overlooked. I am sure the owner will be putting in a toaster, full length mirrors in time. We would have found a House Manual useful and suggest the owner provides this. There were so many things to work - the black out shutters, the lights for the pool, the airconditioning, etc. Perhaps tips on where to put rubbish, how to light the BBQ etc would be helpful. The pool was stunning and we loved the lights at night time. The infinity edge made me a bit nervous and the engineer in our group agreed there was a certain risk element. Our inflatables kept getting blown over the edge and I would be worried if I had toddlers in the group - you would need to watch them all the time. The drop was lethal over the edge. Perhaps I was being over cautious but it made me a bit nervous. All in all though, it was a lovely holiday. Weather fab, villa fab and we enjoyed the local activities and villages. Spent time in Omis for meals, drinks, river trip, white water rafting....did a boat trip for the day to Brac...kids swam off Omis beach to the giant inflatables...Lots to do. We now love Croatia and will return. Thanks to the owners for their patience and help during our holiday

Villa Mirna is a fantastic place, the host Mirna was very friendly and suprised us with a dinner invite the last night of our stay. The house is very nice and the view of the sea and the island Brac is amazing. We stayed two weeks with family and friends and had a great time!

perfect week im croatia

Dear possible guests, you can easily trust all the information in the discription from the Villa Mirna. We were a group of 12 people (kids between 2 - 5 years and adults 28 - 39 years) and it was a great week and a beatiful holiday. easy conversationen with the owner via whatts app, additional whishes are easily organized. the house has a perfrect view, pool and also good location. Kind regards from Germany and we will come back, that is sure.

Es war sehr schön

Es war kurz gesagt ein wunderschöner Urlaub mit Freunden. Die Villa sieht genau so aus wie auf denn Bildern. Der Empfang und auch der Check in liefen super. Wir haben die Villa in einem sehr sauberen Zustand vorgefunden. Kurz um es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub selten waren wir alle so faszienert von einem Haus wie dieses Mal. Sehr nette und freundliche Vermieter es lief alles reibungslos. Nur zum empfehlen.

De villa was geweldig. Complete inrichting, super schoon, fijne bedden, en een prachtige locatie!

De villa was fantastisch! Werkelijk alles was aanwezig, zeer schoon en een adembenemend uitzicht. Aandachtspuntje zou kunnen zijn; betere aanduiding aan de weg en een beschrijving van de jacuzzi. Verder helemaal top. Komen zeker nog een keer terug!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub gemeinsam mit Freunden in der Villa Mirna. Der Aufenthalt war rundum perfekt: Die Sauberkeit, die Ausstattung, die Aussicht, die ruhige Lage und vor allem der Service und die Gastfreundschaft von Mirna und Marko! Die Villa ist noch viel schöner als wir es uns erträumt haben und es gibt absolut nichts zu bemängeln. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!! :-)

Besser als in der Beschreibung....

Wir waren 5 befreundete Paare und verbrachten 14 Tage in der Villa. Dieser Ausdruck ist durchaus gerechtfertigt. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern Mirna und Marko verlief problemlos und sie waren immer ansprechbar. Das Objekt selber liegt ein wenig versteckt und ist so gut wie nicht einsehbar. Bei der Ankunft waren wir angenehm überrascht von dem Zustand des Objektes. Alles sehr sauber und modern. Ein Willkommensgruß in Form einer großen Obstschale und Käse/Schinkenplatte mit Brot ist man auch nicht von jedem Objekt gewöhnt. Der Poolbereich ist sehr ansprechend und der Ausblick vom Infinitypool überwältigend, nicht nur Richtung Meer. Die Küche ist hochwertig eingerichtet und auch mit genügend Geschirr ausgerüstet. Alles in allem konnten wir keinen negativen Punkt finden. Vielen Dank Mirna und besonders an Marko, welcher das Objekt vorwiegend betreut und gepflegt hat. Wir kommen sicherlich noch einmal wieder!
